VIDEOS: Pro-Romney, Anti-Romney and Mrs. Romney at Concord, N.H., Tea Party

Yesterday’s Tea Party Express event in Concord, N.H., featured every possible perspective on Mitt Romney. Because of connectivity issues, I only uploaded the photos last night. Now here come the videos, beginning with freshman Republican state Rep. Susan DeLemus, who is definitely anti-Romney:

The Tea Party Express buses arrive for the rally at Rollins Party:

Tea Party Express organizer Levi Russell talks about the tour:

New Hampshire Republican Liberty Caucus chairman Andrew Hemingway is most definitely anti-Romney:

Jackie Bodner of FreedomWorks? Also anti-Romney:

And finally, the most pro-Romney voice of the night:

Wait a minute — almost forgot — Mitt Romney also gave a speech. Skip Murphy at New Hampshire’s top political blog Granite Grok supplies that video:

ABC News says Romney’s hostile rhetoric toward “career politicians” has a specific target — and it’s not Obama:

Gov. Mitt Romney was visibly fired up tonight at a Tea Party rally in Concord, N.H., where he continued his veiled swipes at Texas Gov. Rick Perry.
“Of the people running for president there aren’t many who have less years in government than me,” Romney said. “I served four years as governor but I joke I didn’t inhale.”
Repeating a line he’s used all week Romney said, “Career politicians got us into this and they don’t know how to get us out … I’m a business guy.”

By that logic, Mitt should endorse Herman Cain.

What is happening to the American psyche?

Think: Brown shirts, goose-steps, and that warm fuzzy feeling of being ‘in step’ with your fellow fascists.

The yearning for a ‘strong leader’ is out of control!

RSM isn’t it about time you jumped off the Herman Cain bus?

Your hatred is most palpable when you aren’t completely stoned.

She’s actually about half right. Both parties are quasi-fascist, if we loosely define fascism as rule by public/private partnerships.

And I, unfortunately, don’t see anybody new being drawn to the concept that we could actually run our own lives if the federal government was forced to give back some of its power – and not just by deregulating corporations, either.

Instead, we’re back in that tired old “anybody but the guy that’s in there now – we need to take that power away from Obama and hand it to some other guy!” mindset,  which means nothing is really going to change.

You are being too kind by half to Anamika.  While you have a point about both parties being quasi-fascist, Anamika’s loathing is not aimed at the Democrats.  Her comments are aimed at conservatives, who frequent this blog most often.

That tells me that, from your perspective, Anamika is merely a supporter of a different sort of fascism.   This coming from a person who laments that nothing is really going to change.  You might want to re-consider just what “change” you are hoping for if you lend even a hint of credibility to Anamika.

She has — MAYBE — a 5% accuracy rate.  MAYBE.  But the loathing and hatred emanating from her is simply stunning, and I wouldn’t touch her opinions with a vaccinated crowbar.  Even those that she issues while drunk and/or stoned.

A “strong leader” doesn’t mean a dictator, just someone with more brains, skills, and spine than the worthless buffoon of a pissy, petty, petulant, prancing, preening peacock of a pitiful excuse for a President we have now.

In fact, President Princess Crybaby, with his edicts, regulations, and decrees, already governs like a totalitarian dictator without the jack-booted thugs behind him – but only because the union creeps haven’t been armed.
