Fortunately for Stacy McCain, his copy of Fear and Loathing: On the Campaign Trail ’72 is a special combination book/mojo that both wards off the effects of Stacy’s otherwise deleterious lifestyle, and blesses him with Special Gonzo Phrasing, to invigorate his writing.

    Exercise is bad for you. It’s a waste of time that could be spent doing something useful. Aerobic cussing, high-speed white-knuckle driving, and lots of cheap coffee — these are the secrets of good health.

    Smitty, old chap, you’ve been in Afghanistan too long.  That video wasn’t remotely amusing.

    It was about as entertaining as an 85 year old lactose intolerant Pashtun goatherd eating yogurt in a small yurt with the sound turned off.
