CNN’s Foreign Subversive Piers Morgan ‘Threatens’ to Leave U.S. Over Guns

Posted on | December 30, 2012 | 47 Comments

At the end of a long rambling anti-gun diatribe:

In conclusion, I can spare those Americans who want me deported a lot of effort by saying this: If you don’t change your gun laws to at least try to stop this relentless tidal wave of murderous carnage, then you don’t have to worry about deporting me.
Although I love the country as a second home and one that has treated me incredibly well, I would, as a concerned parent first — and latterly, of a one-year-old daughter who may attend an American elementary school like Sandy Hook in three years’ time — seriously consider deporting myself.

“As a concerned parent first . . .” By the way, in case you’re wondering: His real name is O’Meara, not Morgan. He divorced his first wife — the mother of his three older children — in 2008, and two years later married a British gossip columnist 11 years younger than him.

Sign the petition now to deport Piers Morgan.

Piers Morgan is a shameful opportunistic whore who is trying to save his poor ratings on the blood of children. The only way to really get rid of this disgusting person is to ignore him and have him go back to failure in the UK.

I think I’m going to miss him, the trait of smarmy dishonesty being in short supply at CNN.

Why do you say his “real name” is O’Meara? Is no one allowed to change their birth name in conservative circles? What was the point? I assume it’s not anti-Irish bigotry.

Alas poor O’Meara. He understands neither the history of his native or resident countries. We Americans did not invent the right to keep and bear arms. Rather the right can be traced back to the Magna Carta. Evidently signed when English men still had gonads, or at least the willingness to use them.
Further, the term Saxon, as in Anglo-Saxon was derived from the term for single edged sword the natives were fond of carryjing and using, the seax. Lucky for O’Meara, he will fit right in with the now hoplophobic Brits.

This is one ‘threat’ I would gladly take.

The truth is, Piers Morgan loves American money more than he hates American guns. His pristine moralism ends when he cashes his check. He won’t be going anywhere until he’s swindled all the money he can wring out of the credulous left-wing marks who hire him to get sub-MSNBC ratings.

Of course he can change his name. The law says so.

But O’Meary is his birth name, or his “real” name. By changing it (in court, or by registering it as a “stage name”), Morgan denies his parents and his heritage; filling out a form does not erase that.

The only anti-Irish bigotry I see here is from Piers Morgan himself. And he pretends to be something else. In addition to being an intellectual, I mean.

That petition must really bother Pier. I’d sign the petition again and again (in the DNC tradition of “Vote early, vote often!”), but I’d need tons of fake e-mail addresses. He ain’t worth that effort. Once is enough

Filthy lucre outweighs any pretense of principle for talking heads.

Also the name change was from his mother re-marrying, not unlike Leslie King becoming Gerald Ford.

Well, if he does self-deport, for the sake of his children, I hope he considers not moving back to the UK, a country with a higher rate of violent crime than the US, or even South Africa.

France appears to be a much safer destination. For the moment.

Reading that headline caused the line of Br’er Rabbit to pop into my head “Please don’t throw me in the briar patch.” Of course, in this case it’s us using the line and not the odious Brit import.

Which brings up the immigration issue. Wasn’t the quota for smarmy Brit liars filled the week before he came? I know he isn’t doing something Americans won’t do given the idiocy of Feinstein, Boxer and L’il Chucky Shumer.

As far as I’m concerned, the Brits can have him back regardless. They allowed him to be born and have his mind warped, they can take him back.

I’ll be happy to support legislation that would require every single American to be trained from a young age in the care and use of firearms. It would be a class in school like PE.

I would also be happy to support bringing back the state mental hospitals where people like Adam Lanza used to be sent, back before we made the mistake of thinking crazy people belonged on the street.

I took “hunter safety” in 8th grade in the mid-’70s in — hold onto your seat — California. Taught by the PE coach.

How things have changed there since then…
