‘Countless Hearings Took Place’

Would ‘countless’ be synonymous with ‘infinite’? If an infinite number of hearings, each lasting a second long, took place, then it would seem that this series of hearings must have been all that occurred last year.
This is an absurd argument. In response to an absurd statement. Why can not my president speak precisely about something like the number of actual hearings that occurred? I don’t mean to go all Bill Whittle about it, but the current administration is as mentally draining as going to a high-pressure timeshare sale.
It would be great, though unlikely, if the POTUS would heed Rush Limbaugh’s advice. Irrespective of your take on that particular messenger, the message oozes wisdom.
Unfortunately, people don’t generally make that sort of course correction in life. Barack Obama is not going to grow suddenly into a forthright person. When the undead duo of Bush and Rove arise, zombie-like, to pile onto BHO’s woes this November (are we less than 300 days yet?) BHO is going to be very, very sore with them, and disappointed in you for falling under their undead grasp.
‘Countless hearings’. Fortunately, the days remaining until the next election are very countable indeed, you lackwit.
