The Log Cabin Republicans organization is promoting Carlson as the big-name draw for its “national dinner” on September 22 at the Capitol Hill Club. . . . Other “confirmed participants” — who receive billing beneath Carlson — include Senator John Cornyn (R-Texas), conservative strategist Grover Norquist, and several House Republicans. Tickets for the dinner are $150 ($175 for the dinner plus a “Liberty Education Forum Symposium” with the early registration discount). A table can be bought for $10,000, and that comes with a private reception with “keynote speakers.”
Obviously, Tucker is doing this pro bono — “for the cause,” as a volunteer, with no speaking fee — because to accept money for his services might be viewed as a conflict of interest. In addition to NRSC chairman Cornyn, who brought us the Charlie Crist debacle in Florida, speakers at the Sept. 22 Log Cabin dinner also include NRCC chairman Pete Sessions, architect of the Scozzafava disaster in NY-23.
I’ve got no problem with Ann Coulter headlining “Homocon,” but I doubt you’d ever catch Ann hanging out with a couple of RINO-endorsing losers like John Cornyn and Pete Sessions.

If Tucker is invited to speak, why not you, Stacy? I’m sure that you could outspeechify him any day. Mayhaps you could be one of those “keynote speakers” at the private reception.
