Have They Blamed Global Warming Yet?

Late last night this headline moved via the Drudge Tweet:

Rare hurricane-strength winds batter
L.A. area; more snow and ice on way

Rather than post it last night, I forward-scheduled it for this morning. If the passage of 10 hours isn’t enough time for liberals to blame this on “climate change,” I’ll be shocked.

Global warming is like a meterological Swiss Army knife: If it rains, global warming. If it doesn’t rain, global warming. If Miami, Florida, has its coldest winter ever and Great Britain has its coldest winter in a thousand years — that’s right, global warming.

There is no atmospheric phenomenon that can’t be explained by this one-size-fits-all theory, which is therefore non-falsifiable. For liberals, global warming is to weather what “aggregate demand” is to economics.
