Handy Dandy Fluke Translator

Planet Moron offers a handy translator for these oddly confusing Sandra Flukisms:

Fluke: “Silencing women’s voices.”
Translation: Criticizing Sandra Fluke.

Fluke: “Raising this issue in our public consciousness.”
Translation: Agreeing with Sandra Fluke.

Fluke: “Unfair obstacles to participating in public life.”
Translation: Having children.

More where that came from. Actually, the post makes a good template for recognizing the Newspeak of the Left. Not that it is understandable in the traditional, rational sense.

Perhaps some programming genius could build a translator site for Leftspeak?

Related to Obama’s fake “War on Women”, which is “Wag the Dog” on steroids: No, the real Conservatives are NOT going after OUR LADY PARTS!!! As a former PUMA participant, I had a front row seat to Obama’s first “War on Women” against.  Now, he targets Sarah Palin (who is at least game enough to return fire).  This time, I think he has badly miscalculated which organ women are going to be using Nov. 6th to vote.

Don’t you have to speak a language to translate it? None of the native speakers are interested.

That’s weird, none of the ends with “you’re a seeeeexist”! or “you’re a miiiiisogynist!” or “you just hate women!”

Fluke: “Unfair obstacles to participating in public life.”Translation: Having children.

Having children isn’t an obstacle–it’s a freakin’ CATAPULT that  thrusts you into public life:

*Starting from Day One, you and your kid(s) are the recipients of smiles and comments from complete strangers.  It’s kinda like the red carpet, but without the fancy outfits and paparazzi.

*You meet, befriend, and negotiate with other parents at the park, the neighborhood, the playground.

*When the kids start school, you become an advocate for them.  This often means appearing numerous times at school and community functions, and getting arm-twisted into all manner of extra activities with other parents.

*When your kids start showing signs of a social conscience, they’ll prod you into doing all manner of public things, from becoming a scout leader to cleaning up litter at the park to raising money for a children’s charity.

*You realize that the world needs fixing, so you get even more involved in public life, whether that means starting a blog or going to a city council meeting or supporting a political candidate.

Not only are the feminazis obnoxious, they are completely wrong about what constitutes an “obstacle.”
