Carlos Narvaez: Molesting Teenagers American Molesters Won’t Molest

HOUSTON — A 21-year-old is behind bars accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl he met online. The young man reportedly snuck into the teen girl’s home and into her bedroom. . . .
“I walked in the room and turned on the light,” explained the girl’s mother. “He just stands up, and I’m like, oh my god, what are you doing here? He’s like, I’ve got to go. I’m like, no, you’re not going anywhere.”
She said she caught the 21-year-old in the act with her underage daughter. . . .
The young man, later identified as Carlos Narvaez, was booked into the Harris County Jail on a charge of sexual assault of a child. He’s being held on $35,000 bail. Records also indicate that he might not be a U.S. citizen.

    I clicked on the link and read the article and the mother told the guy: “…do you know what I could do to you? I could get my gun and nobody would do anything to me…” And she’s right.

    Hell, in Texas, they would probably just come scrape up the body and give her a certificate of achievement.

    Our culture has certainly reaped what it has sown. We downgrade the morals of our youth with our culture. Then something like this happens and we act surprised. I used to be much more absolutist about this sort of thing. There was a time when I would have been firmly on the side of severe punishment for the young man in this story. Now, not so much. A typical 15 year old girl is *way* more world wise than even when I was growing up in the 60’s and 70’s. I look at the age difference and shake my head. Now this young knucklehead is going to be a registered sex offender for the rest of his life for this. Seriously, does anyone here think that this guy is a *real* sexual predator, or just the garden variety horny dude that almost all of us guys were at one time?

    I hate this. I hate the fact that I am wondering how much fault also lies with the teenage girl.

    Did she lie about her age? Let him believe she was at least 16 or older? Possible. Highly probable even. Kids lie about their age all the time at that age.

    Still, having to “sneak” into a girls bedroom should have been a major red flag.

    The illegal alien deserves his punishment, but I wonder just how much the teenage girl deserves as well. This is sounding more like a statutory rape than sexual assault situation.

    The girl needs some counseling as it sounds like she could have some major self-esteem problems. I also wonder just how her parents are raising her. Some fault could lie with them as to how she acts.

    Again, I hate that our society has gotten to the point where I do wonder if the parents have some blame. I should not have to wonder how much the teenage girl did to make the situation happen thinking she was being “grown up.” I absolutely despise the fact that I wonder if there might be even more mitigating circumstances for the illegal alien.

    I hope they deport his ass, at least. That I have NO mixed feelings about.

    I wonder a lot of the same things. I remember being her age in the 80’s. I did stuff then that I never should have with older women.

    Is she a real attractive girl who does look a lot older than she is? Or is she a homely girl that he totally preyed upon? Until I saw all the evidence I would not be able to say. And, unfortunately, some of that evidence is the way they BOTH look.

    Gah! I feel like I need a shower now to wash off the filth.

    I take some exception to the tone of the post.

    I’m NOT a fan of diversity for the sake of diversity, but I do think that we are better off letting in foreigners who want to come here to work and be productive members of our society, as I believe the vast majority of Mexican immigrants are. This clown makes the rest of them look bad, and we should not judge them based on what he did.

    Let me put it another way: the person who’s willing to leave his country, his town, his family, to come to a place where he’s a stranger, where the laws, customs and even language are alien to him, just to try to make a better way for himself in the world through hard (often menial and even degrading) work, is JUST the sort of person we want to come here.

    Reminds me of the guy who did “A Christmas Story.”

    He and his son were killed when an illegal alien with 3x the max allowable blood alcohol limit ran into them and killed them.

    The illegal alien got six years in jail (for two deaths, mind you) and is due for release in2013, IIRC. After that, he *may* be deported to Mexico.
