Cop-Hater Kills Two Cops in Brooklyn Ambush; NY Times Obfuscates Motive

Michelle Malkin: “Sickos on the Left have been stoking hatred against cops for months now in the wake of Ferguson and explicitly calling for their murder.” They finally got what they wanted Saturday when a cop-hater named Ismaaiyl Abdulah Brinsley shot his ex-girlfriend near Baltimore, posted anti-cop messages on social media and drove to New York where he murdered two NYPD officers in an ambush in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The cop-killer then killed himself.

The killer participated in anti-police protests and, in his social media messages, referenced both the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson and the death of Eric Garner in New York. However, Weasel Zippers points out that the New York Times is attempting to obscure Brinsley’s motive by depicting him as “random crazy.” Liberals never accept responsibility for the evil results of liberalism, because the whole point of liberalism is the evasion of personal responsibility.

    Cassell cited fake injuries, false witnesses, and false evidence to defend Wilson. He also ignored how the DA gave the jurors a non existent law and how the DA refused to help the jurors understand the law.

    There is no physical evidence that justified Wilson killing Brown and it is pathetic how people like you loved to repeatedly cited Wilson’s “injuries” to justify the killing then pretended you never made that claim when pics of Wilson were finally released.

    There is no evidence Brown assaulted Wilson. In fact, the physical evidence proves Brown did not assault Wilson which is why Wilson was not injured and why Brown’s hands had no marks.

    The DA already admitted he put forth witnesses he knew were lying for Wilson but keep pretending he did not say that. Just like you keep pretending to not be a racist.

    Based on your comment profile you seem to come into a discussion and post comments designed to upset or disrupt the conversation. It seems like there is no real purpose behind your comments except to upset everyone. You lie exaggerate, and offend to get a response.

    Reading your comments is like reading list of logical fallacies, you have no interest in rational discussion, just sowing discord and pushing an agenda.

    Statistically speaking studies show that internet trolls likely fall into the “Dark Tetrad” of personality traits: narcissism, Machiavellianism, psychopathy, and sadism, you might want to look into getting some professional help with that.

    All the evidence upholds Wilson’s story, including blood on the pistol and on the inside of the door of the cruiser. Credible witnesses also agreed on the story.

    Bringing in Rice and Crawford with Brown is a diversion. You need to learn to read.

    It is self evident you are ignorant of the function of a grand jury. They do not judge evidence, they simply judge if there is a case to prosecute or not.

    Sorry, but the evidence is overwhelming that Wilson committed justifiable homicide. Wilson WAS injured and the physical evidence does show that Brown assaulted Wilson in his cruiser. All you are doing trolling here is acting like a base idiot.

    “Witnesses” have been saying from the beginning that Brown was shot in the back. Fortunately, the autopsy showed otherwise. Fortunately for Wilson, the evidence was overwhelmingly in his favor. Your fantasies are all you have.

    DAs are the problem in these things. There were legit charges that could been brought, should have been brought, but the DA made no effort to place reasonable charges in front of the Grand Jury. I don’t blame the GJ as their role is pretty clear cut, but the DA is a far different kettle of fish.

    Incidentally, manslaughter charges have been brought, and they have stick, where there was no intent shown. It is the difference between us hoi polloi and the thugs wearing badges.

    The grand jury system in this country is totally fucked as it has been since Roosevelt reformed in the thirties, The proverbial ability to indict a ham sandwich is just an example of how capricious it is and the unmitigated power the DAs wield there. Any attempts to change how police officers are treated such as using special prosecuters will only make it worse by carving out special ”due processes” for cops and more that likely institutionalize the influence of the mob. The near absolute power wielded by DAs must be checked whether those before the grand juries are civilian or police. The original common law grand jury system must be reinstated. For what little abuse is used to protect rogue cops there are thousands of abuses against ordinary citizens, particularly the prevalence of overcharging with spurious charges intended to scare the indicted in to plea bargains because they are financially unable to defend themselves against dozens of charges which wouldn’t stand up in court individually.

    Actually, the standard is a reasonable person fearing for life or grave bodily harm, and it’s the SAME standard that allowed Zimmerman self-defense.

    And yes, being assaulted by someone with fists is more than enough for deadly force. Anyone within 21 feet can take you out with one punch before you can draw and fire.

    The reasonable person standard is nebulous. Only the Police have been able to consistently avail themselves of this. In many cases the use of lethal force by a mundane has led to a stint in jail, even if a “reasonable person” would agree with the application in the given situation. Judges and DAs can’t be trusted in this area, unless you are a Policeman.

    In actuality Zimmerman met a much higher standard in that he was in imminent threat of life.
