Big Trouble in Cracker Paradise
Posted on | February 2, 2024 | Comments Off on Big Trouble in Cracker Paradise
Just a few years ago, Portland, Oregon, was seen as a sort of progressive utopia, and it’s not really a secret why this was so: Portland is the whitest major city in America. Progressives like to talk about “diversity,” but they prefer to admire it from a comfortable distance, you understand.
So you had a lot of white hipsters moving to Portland, which gives them the desirable urban environment without having to deal with large numbers of brown people. Hypocrisy much? Anyway . . .
To say that Portland’s politics leans left is an understatement — Multnomah County gave 79% of its vote to Joe Biden in 2020, and it would have been higher were it not for the fact that about 3% voted for fringe left-wing candidates. The relationship between the whiteness of Portland and the left-wing politics of Portland is not merely coincidental. It is easier to believe socialism “works” in an ethnically homogenous polity (which is why socialism was so popular in places like Sweden). Once “diversity” enters the picture, however, people become suspicious that some groups are benefiting more than others from the collectivist redistribution racket, and the result — in America, at least — is what I’ve called “Missippification.” Pondering state-by-state results and exit-poll data after the 2000 election (Bush v. Gore), I noticed that Mississippi had both (a) one of the highest percentages of black population in the country and (b) the highest percentage of white people voting Republican, rivaled only by South Carolina. The more black people, the more white people vote Republican — this is the factor I call “MIssippification.”
Portland proves this principle in reverse — a predominately white city populated by the kind of left-wing kooks who like Bernie Sanders, but think he’s perhaps too “mainstream” for their taste. It’s no surprise that Portland is a hotbed of “Antifa” radicalism, just like it’s no surprise that Portland has a significant homelessness problem:
An Oregon family armed with fire extinguishers had to repeatedly save their home from fires after homeless squatters set a next-door house ablaze twice in one day.
Jacob Adams said he jumped into action as flames from both infernos threatened to leap over to their Portland property in the latest in a string of terrifying experiences since squatters took over the neighboring structure five years earlier.
“There are fires that have been happening off and on. Major ones. This recent one actually came and set our property on fire,” Adams told Fox 12.
“Within 12 hours of that fire, another fire popped up. My wife was screaming, and propane tanks were igniting off from the fire.” . . .
Portland has been dealing with a long-lasting homeless problem. There are over 6,600 homeless people in Portland across more than 700 encampments.
Although the city’s Mayor Ted Wheeler announced in October [2022] plans to ban the camps, the tent cities have largely remained undisturbed by city officials, including police.
The lax enforcement has allowed squatters to take over homes like the one next door to Adams, despite being served multiple eviction notices.
Over the past five years, Adams said he’s reported multiple thefts — including one culprit he caught stalking off their property with their firewood — drug usage and physical fights inside the rapidly deteriorating home, but to no avail.
See how this works? The leftist politics of Portland encourages and empowers the white trash segment of the population, so drug-addled misfits take over vacant homes and terrorize the neighbors.
What? Did I say “drug-addled misfits”?
City officials in the Democratic-run Utopia that is Portland, Oregon, have declared a state of emergency for the downtown area in a desperate bid to address the ongoing fentanyl crisis.
“Our country and our state have never seen a drug this deadly and addictive, and all are grappling with how to respond,” Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek said in a statement.
Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid that is between 50 and 100 times more potent than morphine, and is a main driver of the United States’ ongoing opioid epidemic.
According to the Oregon Health Authority, the state experienced more opioid overdose visits to emergency departments and urgent care centers last year compared to previous years, while the Portland Police Department’s Bureau of Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit saw a 75% increase in notifications of overdose deaths in 2023 over a year prior.
As a reminder, Oregon became the first state in the country to decriminalize the possession of all drugs, including heroin and cocaine, in 2020.
They chose…poorly. . . .
Opioid deaths in Oregon more than tripled from 280, before the de-criminalization of drugs was voted in, to 955 in 2022.
Welcome to Cracker Paradise. Just try to ignore the dead junkies.

‘Right-Wing Conspiracy Theories’
Posted on | February 1, 2024 | Comments Off on ‘Right-Wing Conspiracy Theories’
As an SPLC-certified Right-Wing Extremist, I could fairly be accused of holding various beliefs that are not considered “mainstream.”
For example, I think Texas would be entirely justified in seceding from the Union. I don’t believe in Keynesian economics or “climate change.” Heck, I don’t believe in Darwinian evolution. Or the designated hitter, for that matter. Despite my “fringe” beliefs, however, I have never been accused of advocating (checks notes) decapitating your father:
A Pennsylvania man has been arrested after allegedly killing his father, before displaying his decapitated head in a gruesome YouTube video while spouting right-wing conspiracy theories.
Justin Mohn, 32, is accused of killing his father, Michael Mohn, police told NBC News. While police did not release the victim’s age, public records show him to have been 68.
Mohn was taken into custody about 100 miles away from the crime scene on suspicion of first-degree murder, abuse of a corpse and possessing an instrument of crime with intent, according to a court docket released early Wednesday.
He was arraigned at 4 a.m. and denied bail, Middletown Township Police Capt. Pete Feeney said.
In the YouTube video, which was titled “Mohn’s Militia – Call To Arms For American Patriots” and is cited in a police complaint, Mohn is seen wearing gloves and holding his father’s head in a plastic bag. Later, the head can be seen in a cooking pot.
Mohn says his father was a federal employee for 20 years and refers to him as a traitor, calling for the death of all federal officials and attacking President Joe Biden’s administration, the Black Lives Matter movement, the LGBTQ community and antifa activists. YouTube removed the video, which is more than 14 minutes long, hours after it was posted. . . .
Now, I’m not exactly sure why Justin Mohn thought that brandishing his father’s severed head in a YouTube video was going to inspire others to answer his “Call To Arms For American Patriots.” Despite my lack of credentials in the field of psychiatry, I’d be willing to hazard a guess that Justin Mohn is bonkers, berserk, demented, deranged, daffy, wacky, off his rocker, non compos mentis, nuttier than a Snickers bar, a few fries short of a Happy Meal and cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs.
There is a difference — not just in degree, but a difference in kind — between whatever non-“mainstream” views I hold and the kind of murderous insanity that inspired Justin Mohn’s behavior. Therefore I take umbrage at the media’s efforts to suggest that everyone who voted for Donald Trump is somehow complicit, casting a shadow of suspicion on millions of law-abiding Americans who are utterly horrified by Justin Mohn’s ghastly crime. Your honor, I plead not guilty.
Did I mention Justin Mohn was a pro se litigant?
Mohn has filed at least three lawsuits against federal agencies, including the U.S. government, claiming they negligently caused him to take out student loans between 2010 and his graduation from Pennsylvania State University in 2014, a court filing shows.
He paid a filing fee of $2,000 and, after his claims were dismissed, he sought to have the judge recused from the case because of what he claimed was a personal bias and a conflicting personal financial interest.
In a legal opinion on the case, the judge called the accusations “entirely speculative and without factual basis” and said Mohn’s complaints were the “inaccurate allegations of a disappointed college graduate.”
Mohn also sued his former employer, Progressive Insurance, in 2020, alleging wrongful termination and sex discrimination against men. He was hired as a customer service representative in October 2016 and was fired in August 2017 after he kicked open the facility’s doors, court records show.
A district court ruled that Mohn failed to establish a case of discrimination.
When Mohn was filing his lawsuit, his parents were giving him about $540 a month, he indicated in the court filing. Shortly before Progressive fired him, he had taken a trip to Vegas to see if he could pursue a music career, according to the lawsuit.
He represented himself in the lawsuits.
A habit of filing meritless pro se lawsuits? Gosh, that seems strangely familiar, but I don’t want to get into any specious guilt-by-association games here. My point is that the evidence of Justin Mohn’s derangement was in plain sight, a matter of public record, but for some reason, nobody took alarm at his dangerous kookiness. There was nothing wrong with him that couldn’t be fixed by strapping him into a straitjacket, locking him in a padded cell and injecting him with Thorazine twice a day. Instead, it’s considered more “humane” to leave these nutjobs wandering around unhindered, until the day they commit an atrocity, at which point we get lots of commentary about how “the system failed him.”
Well, don’t blame me for this. Justin Mohn wasn’t one of my readers, as far as I know, and whatever “right-wing conspiracy theories” I may have promoted, I definitely never advocated what he did. And like I keep trying to warn you people: Crazy People Are Dangerous.

CNN: The Stupidity Caucus
Posted on | February 1, 2024 | Comments Off on CNN: The Stupidity Caucus
The late George Carlin used to say, you know how stupid the average guy is? Well, half the people are dumber than that. This crossed my mind because CNN — I watch CNN so you don’t have to — was hyping up this Quinnipiac University poll claiming that (a) Biden is leading Trump 50% to 44%, and (b) Nikki Haley would beat Biden, 47% to 42%.
Of course, you don’t believe that any more than I believe it and, quite frankly, I don’t think the people at CNN believe it either, but the point is that they think the CNN audience will believe it, and who can say they’re wrong? The CNN audience is composed of the kind of people who would vote to elect Fani Willis as their district attorney.
Here’s an important fact: Quinnipiac polls are garbage.
In August 2016, they had Hillary Clinton beating Trump by 10 points:
“We are starting to hear the faint rumblings of a Hillary Clinton landslide as her 10-point lead is further proof that Donald Trump is in a downward spiral as the clock ticks,” Tim Malloy, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Poll, said in a statement.
LOL. If you’re the kind of person who pays attention to such things, you know Quinnipiac’s had a very bad track record in recent years, but if you’re a CNN viewer — the kind who’s dumber than the average guy — then you might actually be fooled when your news network of choice tells you that Joe Biden is beating Trump and that Nikki Haley would be a better candidate for Republicans. Here’s something else the average CNN viewer probably doesn’t realize: The Republican primary campaign is over. Trump wins, period, and there’s not much point paying attention to whatever Nikki Haley says or does between now and the moment she finally admits defeat. You know this. I know this. It’s simply a fact.
In fact, it’s been clear for months that Trump would be the Republican nominee. This is why Trump never bothered showing up for the TV debates with his putative rivals. There was never any real possibility that the various occupants of the debate stage would pose a significant threat to Trump’s solid grip on the Republican grassroots. However much you might admire Ron DeSantis, Vivek Ramaswamy, et al., they never stood a chance, and neither does Nikki Haley. She’s going to get stomped in the Nevada caucuses, then get stomped again in the South Carolina primary, and whatever happens after that is just a question of how much stomping she can endure. Because that’s what Trump will do — stomp, stomp, stomp — in every primary and caucus from here on out. New Hampshire was Haley’s best shot at actually winning a primary, and Trump beat her by double-digits there, so where can she realistically expect to stage an upset? Answer: Nowhere. Stick a fork in her, she’s done.
By pretending that Haley is still a viable candidate, CNN shows how reliant they are on the stupidity of their audience. They’re trying to monopolize the IQ-below-room-temperature viewers.
They’re getting beat by The Hallmark Channel:
Ratings-challenged CNN’s total viewership in prime time last week lagged behind the History Channel and an obscure cable network — founded by televangelists Jim and Tammy Faye Bakker — that plays Western TV shows and films, according to the latest figures released by Nielsen.
The “most trusted name in news” — which recently hired former New York Times and BBC boss Mark Thompson as its CEO — had an average of 538,000 nightly viewers in the 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. block during the seven-day period from Jan. 15 until Jan. 21, according to the most recent data compiled by Nielsen.
The weak ratings were generated despite coverage of the Iowa caucus, which saw former President Donald Trump easily rout GOP contenders in his bid to regain the White House.
CNN not only finished behind rivals Fox and MSNBC, but was the 10th most-watched channel on cable, getting beat by Hallmark, The History Channel and INSP, a South Carolina-based channel founded in the late 1970s by the Christian televangelists.
LOL.
