Liberal Women Try ‘Mama Grizzly’ Shtick: ‘You Know What Threatens Me? My Daughter Not Having the Right to Choose’

Posted on | August 18, 2010 | 37 Comments

From the pro-abortion group Emily’s List, which presumes to answer Sarah Palin:

Ace does the “Top Ten Reasons” this video doesn’t work, but I stopped cold at the woman expressing adamant support for her daughter’s “right to choose.”

Isn’t that kind of creepy? Basically, you’re saying that the abortion of your own grandchild is such a grand idea as to assume paramount importance in your political worldview.

Yeah, I know: She’s talking about the “right to choose,” but the abstract right to abortion can’t be separated from the concrete reality of abortion, and that reality is a gruesome, blood-chilling thing to consider. Philosophical theorizing about “rights” can’t elude that reality. And neither can bear costumes.

It’s not the right to choose. It’s the right to kill. Pregnant women don’t “choose” to have babies. It happens all by itself. The only time a “choice” is required is when she’s decided she wants it dead and has to hire someone to kill it for her.

Apparently the folks at Emily’s List, like Obama, view their future grandchildren as punishments.

Do they realize how ridiculous that costume, like their political ideas, is? Probably not.

These ladies have soiled themselves. They should be embarrassed. Behold the power of Sarah Palin.

This is the most pathetic commercial I’ve seen in a long time. Almost makes me embarrassed to be a woman. They were trying to be cute but it was a train wreck. How can you inject humor into killing a defenseless child while in the womb of the mother? Murder is murder.

Can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear and I saw plenty of sows in that video. God help the men in their lives, if there are any.

The whole add is a non sequitur of balderdash and poppycock. If you don’t whelp your cubs, you don’t get to be a mama grizzly in the first place. You’re just another sow for the boars to breed.

It’s a pity that you actually think you made some zinger of a rebuttal when in fact you simply reinforced your position as a brainless, navel-gazing buffoon.

What planet are you from? Truly. Is it a place where “government stays out of people’s business?” I really would love to visit. Heck, even move there.

Talk about the government decision — what is the healthcare reform legislation about, anyway? It seems no one has a problem with the government providing free contraceptives or paying for someone’s STD testing.

Why do “you people” Y4E, have such a hard time staying away from my money? If you have an STD, it’s not my fault. Zip it up. And stop expecting me to pay for your “playa” ways.

    Dolts.

You signed your name wrong at the end.

Other than that, what’s your point?

if a woman keeps her knees together, she won’t get pregnant. That’s her choice right there.

It’s not as if there’s a shortage of prophylactics or instructional pamphlets on how to use them.

It’s about personal responsibility when an innocent life is involved.

Why should the baby be punished when the mom and dad didn’t act responsible?

Life begins at conception. Prove, if you can, that it begins at any other point in the child’s development.

I can’t, and no one else has ever been able to, either.

    Abortion, therefore, is murder.

If you don’t want to raise a child, don’t fuck.
