A welcome break in the rancor?

Indeed. Things
are slow, and i got this promo today. Okay, it’s three years since the book was
published; the author’s name, not even mentioned in the promo, is Noor Barack,
an obvious ripoff and exploitation of the current Prez’ name; it appeals to the
worst elements of the American body politic, and so on. Google for purchasing
or review info. It’s everywhere, not just on Amazon. It’s hard to imagine how
“extremely funny” this book can be, given the seriousness and callous
jingoism resorted to in promoting it, but it may have its moments. Apparently
now half the price it used to be. (Election season special?)

I haven’t seen the “new display”, but I had the pleasure of seeing it a few years ago. It was displayed at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Our Arts Prof. gave a tour of the musuem to the class. I was awe stuck by the photograph and the creativity behind it. That was my first introduction to Piss Christ.
