Dan Riehl reports that four teenagers have been charged with gang-raping a University of Massachusetts student in her dormitory two weeks ago. Meanwhile, the New York Post reports on a 15-year-old girl who killed herself after a group-sex incident:

The Staten Island high-school girl who leapt in front of a train and killed herself had been humiliated by classmates after a video of her in an orgy with four football players went viral, sources said.
The NYPD is now investigating the death of Felicia Garcia, 15, a student at Tottenville HS. Detectives questioned school administrators yesterday and grilled the football players, who said the sex was consensual, sources said.
Garcia had watched Tottenville beat rival Port Richmond HS 16-8 in a Friday-night football game and attended a wild after-party.
There she had sex with the players, and when rumors of the tryst spread, she also told a friend the sex was consensual, sources said.
By Monday, the video was being shared among classmates. Some ridiculed Garcia, and others came on to her, friends said.
“This poor girl was called a slut. She was teased on Facebook,” a classmate, Victoria, said yesterday. . . .
Garcia and other students crowded on the Staten Island Railway station in Huguenot to go home. The taunts followed her there, said witness Rene Oviedo, 15.
“She was just standing by the edge of the platform with tears in her eyes,” she said.
Another witness, Sara Brager, 16, a junior, said: “The last words Felicia said were, ‘Finally, it’s here.’ I guess she meant the train. She dropped her bag, and she just fell back onto the tracks.”

Maybe the sex-education quiz should include this question: Is it considered ”safe sex” if a girl jumps in front of a train afterwards? And now, for your final gross-out of the day:

    Wow, if I didn’t know better, I would think that the evil, woman-hating patriarchy weren’t anti-sex, so much as against setting up situations that destroy the hearts and bodies of young women and lead to tragedies like this.

    (Sarcasm aside, my heart goes out to Winnifred’s friends and, yes, family. Losing a child is horrible, and losing a child to suicide is an unimaginable nightmare.)

This was the “long march through the institutions” fomented and directed by Adorno and his associates at the Frankfurt School and Tavistock Institute and the protégés of these men and women, Alinsky, Cloward and Piven, et al. The very first enemy that must be laid low and marginalized was the Church and Christianity itself.
    Get educated prior to opening that foul mouth of yours.

    There is nothing wrong with admiring beauty and sexuality in the gender of your choice. In that sense, the conservatives of today are not the conservatives of my youth. Prudishness has been redefined.

    But there is much wrong with the sexual exploitation of underage children (in just about any context), sexual assault by children (you did see that link in the post, yes?), and a culture that encourages prolific underage sexual activity without the necessary maturity to understand the consequences. Which is the point of this post, and you clearly missed.

    Like it or not, your “Brave New World” does not come without consequences.

    It’s not a great idea for a 15 year old girl to pull a train for the football team. If you don’t think it’s a good idea to discourage girls from doing that kind of thing, you’re a genuine monster. Teenage girls are young human beings, not abstractions in some sick porn fantasy you have.

    It’s terribly sad that she killed herself over the teasing. The kids doing it didn’t expect that. Teenage girls are often bizarrely sadistic with each other, but not usually murderous. But if this girl’s parents never told her she’d be teased if she acted like this, they let her down. It was their job. Girls WILL tease each other. If you think you’re going to establish the New Soviet Man and change the nature of teenage girls, you’re the most inhumanly stupid, delusional, ignorant leftist of the week.

    And when you look at the competition, that’s no small achievement.
