Baby-Hater @AmandaMarcotte Rather Laments the Survival of the Royal Baby

The World’s Most Wretched Woman™ has further disgraced herself by making grossly inappropriate Twitter comments about the birth of Kate Middleton’s baby. When informed by sane people that her comments were, at the very least, in poor taste, @AmandaMarcotte immediately doubled down, then tripled down, accusing conservatives of caring about babies only before they are born.

This is one of the Left’s stale and familiar attacks on pro-lifers, an attack would have no validity even if any of these leftists ever did anything for children except vote Democrat. (This counts as “charity” to them: Vote for Democrats who will create bureaucratic programs spending other people’s tax money, and you are thereby virtuous.)

As a father of six children, of course, I have done many things to help them. Just today, I took my youngest two kids to Subway — #RushToSubway! — for a meal that cost $21, which is $21 more than @AmandaMarcotte has ever spared from her own bitter selfish life to do anything for a child. Her hatred of babies is so notorious that some have begun to suspect that Amanda Marcotte volunteers at abortion clinics on weekends so that she can personally stab their brains out and feast on their quivering warm flesh.

UPDATE: It was Ace of Spades who remarked a couple of years ago that no public controversy is complete until Amanda Marcotte makes a complete fool of herself about it, and today Ace is grateful for Amanda’s early contribution:

Thank you, Amanda, for providing your typical unhinged goofball stupidity. I’ve been looking at this stupid story for 40 minutes figuring “How the hell do I even cover this?” Well, you provided the answer.

Exactly. What should a blogger say on such an occasion? But now we have the appropriate response: “Shut up, Amanda Marcotte!”

Of course, that response is good for any occasion . . .

I thought I could avoid commenting on the latest Windsor, give that the Hubble telescope is not strong enough to detect my interest in British royals. Alas, Marcotte’s “all politics, all the time” even for the most prosaic of events made me cast off my indifference. Damn her; damn her to hell.

I always like to think of them as our rent-a-royalty family. Let the media focus on them and maybe they’ll stop screwing up everything else for a few minutes.

Plus we can follow the gossip and let our little girls dream of being princesses, just like the Brits do, but we don’t have to bow and scrape with the subjects.
