Herman Cain Slams Obama on Jobs: ‘Zero Leadership, Zero Plans, Zero Results and Zero Understanding of Basic Economics’

Posted on | September 2, 2011 | 31 Comments

From the Atlanta businessman’s presidential campaign:

“We learned today that not a single job was created during the month of August in the United States of America. In the land of endless opportunity and abundant freedom, the very promise that has inspired generations of industrious and innovative people seems to be dwindling away.
After trillions in government spending and empty promises, 14 million American workers are unemployed, with millions more underemployed. These are people, not statistics. They are families struggling to put food on the table, send their kids to school and keep the lights on. They are our family members, friends and neighbors.
Sadly, the fact that zero jobs were created last month is only fitting for this administration, which is led by a President with zero leadership, zero plans, zero results and zero understanding of basic economics. And the American people are worse off because of it.”

Herman Cain has released his own economic plan, and he didn’t need a Joint Session of Congress to do it. What will Richard Wolffe say?

HERMAN CAIN FOR PRESIDENT
On the Day of His Inauguration, MSNBC Will
Decide It’s OK to Hate Black People Again

It’s already OK at MSNBC to hate blacks if they don’t live on the Lib Plantation. Free Blacks must not be tolerated.

Cain’s got a good start with his tax plans, but “Empowerment Zones?”  We’ve got those suckers in Michigan. Need I go on?

A free market doesn’t need no stinking Empowerment Zones.

I’d say the Democratic Party never changes, but they’re not so big on Romanism or Rebellion these days. Rum, on the other hand…

I think the idea is to encourage investment in black areas because the unemployment rate among African Americans is twice the national average. A better idea would be to put a stop to the crazy gun control laws that put the communities at the mercy of the street gangs, and for the police to go all out to put said street gang members straight in the ground. It should be all out war, shoot on sight. Not because they’re black, hell I feel the same way about the Mafia. These kinds of people should be seen as rebels without a cause worth allowing their mangy asses to live.

I caught him on Cavuto today, and he was terrific! I really like his 9 9 9 plan for taxes. Genius stuff. My mom is not into politics, she always just let my dad advise her while he was still alive (Daddy was Republican) and now I offer her my 5 cents when asked for 2, but we were chatting recently about the primaries and she said that she REALLY likes Herman Cain!  A LOT of my Grenadian American relatives like him, because of his sunny disposition. West Indians are generally happy people, even in hard times, and they are not fans of doomengloom. Many of my relatives reflexively vote demoncrat, like a lot of minorities & immigrants, but I tell ya, Mr. Cain is liked far better by my mom’s side of the family than anyone else in politics right now.
Donald Trump is right when he says that America needs a cheerleader, we need somebody to raise our morale and remind us that we are not yet defeated, and “Happy Warrior” Herman Cain is exactly that kind of guy. You can’t watch him and not feel optimistic!
Rick Santorum is still my first choice, because as you know, there is nothing more important to me than finally getting a president who understands that islam does not have good intentions for us, but I do genuinely like Herman Cain (although I’m still disappointed by that meeting with the MB imam – but Cain is a smart man and would likely hire smart advisers for that sort of thing I imagine, he admits he would need help on foreign policy). I would be perfectly content voting for a Santorum/Cain 2012 ticket. They would complement each other nicely with each having whatever the other may lack in certain areas. For me that woud be THE dream ticket out of the current field.

Open season on all of them. Middle Easterners, Armenians, Italians, Irish, Hispanics, Haitians, African Americans, all of them, no exception, no quarter, no mercy. Instead of prosecuting private citizens who kill a known criminal gang member, or who provably prevent the commission of a crime by killing a would-be perpetrator, they should get a damn medal.

As far as I’m concerned constitutional protections shouldn’t apply to known criminal gang members. They should be seen in the same light as an invading army.

The constitution and its protections should apply to law-abiding American citizens and to them alone.

We will need to offer a positive alternative in addition to bashing the Zero. The problem is there are so many things to nail him on, all that low hanging fruit can make a candidate lazy and cautious.

People that join in criminal conspiracies with the intention of engaging in criminal behavior aimed at the general public are no different than a foreign enemy engaging in an attack against Americans. They get by with way too much. They take advantage of our justice system, and for that matter the Constitution itself, in order to screw over all of us, and its always weak-kneed liberal judges and politicians who let them get away with it. Once a person has been proven to be involved in something like that, they should actually be kicked out of the country and their properties confiscated. If there’s no place willing to take them put them on some kind of special island and let them fend for themselves. I don’t give a shit.

What we need is somebody who can be cheerful and optimistic in addition to patriotic and dedicated to American ideals, yet at the same time a person who can and gladly will fight dirty as hell, call a spade and spade, and flat out be willing and able to kick major ass, let all know he, or she, will take no prisoners, and take no shit.

On a related topic, do you know what I’d like to see Michelle Bachmann say in a speech, or in a debate? I’d love it if she would say she thinks Obama and at least half of his Administration, including Hillary, could benefit greatly by undergoing therapy at the hands of her husband.

Now that would be hilarious, plus it would be a kick in the gut. Can you imagine their reaction? The entire Democratic Party political establishment would explode. Oh well I think it would be hilarious anyway.

Kick ass, take no prisoners, and take no shit. Call a spade a spade in a cheerful, optimistic way, though sometimes throw in a bit of righteous anger for a change of pace, when appropriate. Talk about Democrats in a derisive way, but in a way that will make the crowds laugh out loud and applaud. The person who can and will eagerly display the talent to pull off that balancing act in a natural way is the person to watch.

That’s why I’m too blunt to be successful in politics I usually call a spade a f*cki*g shovel.

That would be pretty awesome. Do you know why so many people liked Trump despite the fact that Conservatives poopooed his possible candidacy? Because HE talked about kicking out enemies asses and taking their shit! HE talked about not letting us get pushed around anymore. Nobody else has really done that. I know a lot of people here in NY who aren’t into politics at all who said they’d vote for him, regardless of what party he ran in, mostly because these people are business folks but also because they are sick of our once proud country kissing everyone’s ass! Despite what all the smart people say, if Donald Trump changed his mind and decided to run, he could win.
I saw him on Greta the other night, the guy knows what he is talking about. HIS plan for Libya and a lot of other ME countries would have rocked! And we’d have cheap gas again. 😉

    Hell yeah!
too bad the person who closest fits THAT description is Donald Trump! The GOP candidates could learn a thing or two from him. I like Rick Santorum, as you know, but his problem I think is that he’s too polite.

He says a lot of the right things, but there’s something about him that rubs me the wrong way. I remember back when he was thinking about running, and he was going on about the birth certificate issue, I actually thought he was lampooning the Tea Party, and I didn’t like it. Maybe I misjudged him at the time, but I thought with so many important things going on at that point for him to pick that out as his major issue was strange to the point of suspicious.
