U.S. Senator Erick Erickson?

I do like the cut of his jib. Seriously, patriots: if you thought unwinding a century of Progressive drift was going to be easy, re-calibrate. We’ve barely gotten into the Sinai, and the deadweight wants to get back to the government handouts in exchange for pyramid work. Stand by for two generations to pass before we can return to being the Promised Land.

But to get there, you have to show up.

The only way to restore confidence in elections is overwhelming turnout.

You may have disagreed with Erickson on this or that nuance, but, for the other 99.8% of the discussion, the guy is spot on.

So get recharged over the holidays, and come back in 2013 ready to preach liberty and guys like Erickson in the breadline!

Have you taken leave of your senses, lady? ‘Gentleman’ Jim Moran will be taking Byrd’s Exit, and I don’t hate myself enough to run in VA-8.

Thus, the Good Lord would have to move me somewhere, which doesn’t seem forthcoming.

I got banned from commenting at the blog site the guy runs so I can tell you it will be a cold day on the Equator when he gets my support.

    That’s a nice straw man/insult.
    Go fuck yourself.

If you don’t recognize that Erickson is a blithering idiot, it is more an indictment of you than an endorsement of him.

I’ve not really paid any attention to him (just hear about him occasionally in places like this). But either way…your comment is not terribly enlightening.

To wit, would his brand of blithering idiocy be an improvement or not for the US Senate?

Erickson was the fool that Rick Perry was able to convince to vouch for his “Conservatism.”

Rick Perry is a liberal Democrat who is only in office because of George Bush.

I can never forgive Erickson for being star struck and carrying so much water for Perry.

They banned a ton of people (me included) for merely mentioning Rick Perry’s record as Governor of Texas.

No sir….Erickson can rot in CNN hell.

A pundit jumping into the fray? I don’t see how this can possibly be but an edifying experience.

Who will be edified is another matter.

I’m all for ‘primarying’ Chambliss. Not sure EE is the right one to do it.

Electing a screaming brain-damaged howler monkey would be an improvement for the Senate.

I have nothing against EE, but I’d rather have Tom Price as my next Senator from Georgia.

Perry isn’t a “liberal” at all. You really need to try reality…..it’s great. Perry was a conservative long before Erickson brought him up. Sheesh! Whereindehell do you live to have such garbage rattling around in your head?

If you got banned from RedState, it had nothing to do with Perry. You may have been running down the Republican party in general, which is forboden……..but plenty of people had postive/negative things to say about Perry on RedState. And, they are still posting there. You probs talked back to the mods and got kicked off.
    Get real.

I live in Texas. I know my Governor. I know what we had before him. I know what he’s done and why………apparently neither applies to you.

I live in Texas and I am not blinded by the (R) besides somebody’s name. Perry has been a sub-par Governor who has advocated an expansion of the state government and been involved in massive cronyism.

If it weren’t for his photo ops and accent, nobody would think he is Conservative.

He started off his career as a Liberal, and he remains one.

I disagreed with Erick Erickson over his treatment of Sarah
Palin as she discerned whether to throw her hat into the ring; his attitude turned me off.

Erickson is a douchebag, I’ve really never seen such a clown that cares nothing about the conservative movement and everything about promoting himself as some sort of kingmaker.

Look, I live in GA and I’ve had to put up with Taxby’s tripe for a long time. The sooner we can put that old bastard into retirement, the better. But Erick Erickson IS… NOT… THE … GUY.

FYI, Allen West was born in Atlanta. Wouldn’t a Senator Allen West be swell?

Well, Erickson’s been on the internet at RedState for nearly nine years. If you need more information, start there.

  26. Adjoran
    November 29th, 2012 @ 12:01 am

We aren’t talking about higher primates, we’re talking about Erickson.

  27. Adjoran
    November 29th, 2012 @ 12:04 am

Worst of all (to my mind) is that after the big build-up, launch party, hype and water-bearing for Perry, including banning critics, Erickson had the audacity to proclaim that neither he nor RedState had “endorsed” Perry after he fizzled and failed.

Nah, EE, licking Perry’s anus and banning anyone who pointed out his farts stink isn’t technically an “endorsement,” I suppose. Now eat poop and die, jerk.

  28. Adjoran
    November 29th, 2012 @ 12:06 am

And he has the nerve to complain about “consultants” making money even as every single thing he does is designed to put cash in his pocket – especially his “conferences” for his hatchlings.

  29. Adjoran
    November 29th, 2012 @ 12:09 am

The people who speak seriously of Erickson doing anything can be dismissed out of hand.

Yes, EE is a poopy-pants. There. I said it!
