Liberals are better than you and me because . . . they’re liberals.
So after Sarah Palin said something about the national debt comparing its burden on future generations to slavery, Martin Bashir read from the diary of an overseer on an 18th-century plantation in Jamaica (??) to justify saying something very hateful:
Despicable: MSNBC’s Bashir Wishes Sarah Palin
Would Be Defecated, Urinated On
— Noel Sheppard, Newsbusters
Martin Bashir says someone should defecate
in Sarah Palin’s mouth. Has MSNBC gone mad?
— Tim Stanley, London Telegraph
Martin Bashir is better than you and me, and so is Alec Baldwin.
You know why. And also, shut up, hater.
UPDATE: Good news for c*cksucking fags:
Two whole weeks without @ABFalecbaldwin on MSNBC? http://t.co/qS58CYLqCv His massive audience of millions will be despondent! Oh, wait …
— Robert Stacy McCain (@rsmccain) November 16, 2013
So I guess that whole “threatening to sue TMZ” thing didn’t work out so well. Ed Driscoll has related thoughts.
The FCC has no authority over cable stations.
Note that Baldwin drew a 2-week suspension, but Bashir skated away.
To understand why, note that Baldwin’s vulgar tirade was on a New York City street in full public view.
Bashir spouted his slime on his MSNBC show, so it wasn’t seen by anyone.
Marty probably knows all about feces; probably takes it up the poop tube. I’ll have to ask Alec Baldwin.
What Martin Bashir is just as mean and insulting as what Baldwin said. If MSNBC was a REAL news organization, he would be suspended if not fired for what he said about Palin. But we know that’s not going to happen.
