Readers are familiar with the Brett Kimberlin situation. I have said little about the case since announcing our victory over the notorious bomber in the Maryland case Kimberlin v. Walker, et al.
John Hoge and Aaron Walker have continued updating on proceedings in the federal suit, Kimberlin v. National Bloggers Club, et al.
What I’d like to ask is that readers consider making a special donation — $10, $25, whatever — to BomberSuesBloggers.com.
We have in mind a project, which would involve travel expenses, the details of which I am not at liberty to discuss publicly, for reasons that should be obvious. But if the folks who have previously been so generous in their support would be so kind as to kick in a few more dollars, that might help speed us on our way, so to speak.
