    For the salaries on offer, it is hard to believe that Chicago couldn’t replace every last one of these striking bozos by month’s end.

    Too bad Rahm seems to have other priorities.

    And if they hired returning vets from Afghanistan they could solve the school shooting problem… enrollment might drop, but that would solve that pesky class size issue.
