Another crucial point, he calls it a category error that the Left always makes, the Right sometimes makes, and Libertarians never make: the government cannot love you.

    It’s painful listening to the boy blunder. He is a poor speaker, and he thinks he’s a conservative on top of that (which he is not as he fits right in with the staff at that establishment rag that Buckley’s creation has become). I don’t see anything in him that tells me he has grown since the time the paleos helped him make an utter fool of himself.

    UMMMM, UMMMM, UMMMM. I’m sorry but if you can’t talk from notes then write the speech and just read it. This is painful to listen to. Worse than Obama’s UMMM’s because at least Obama will try and move away from the microphone so it’s not as noticeable. If he’s at the top then it’s a pretty vague ‘top’. I personally view him at the Stacy McCain level which isn’t anything to scoff at, but hardly the top. In fact, I bet Stacy and Smitty have put out more real life solutions than Jonah. And again, not to really put him down but if Jonah is the top of AEI, then AEI isn’t really anything. Well, except for the pretty girls.
