Sarah Brown (@AuntySarah) is a mentally ill transsexual who was a member of the city council in Cambridge, England. Last year, the Guardian published an article about Brown’s “polyamorous” domestic arrangement with Brown’s ex-wife and another transsexual.

These people are oppressed by pronouns.

In 2010, the British parliament passed the Equality Act, which has had the effect of making accusations of discrimination the easiest way to destroy anybody you hate. The war between radical feminists and the transgender community — which I first wrote about in January — has been fought in the shadow of this ill-advised legislation.

Radical feminists (who are mostly lesbian) insist that their conferences must be “women-only” spaces. Radfems exclude transsexuals, viewing them as men trying to enact “feminine” gender roles. Radfems are all about abolishing gender roles, period, yet they are adamant that female is a biological category, and they especially hate “pretendbians” — transsexuals who claim to be lesbians. This is just male aggression, trying to co-opt lesbianism, say the radfems.

So, that’s the necessary background to what has gone on in the latest battle of the radfem-vs.-tranny war in England: Sarah Brown claims to have been harassed by radfems to the point of having a mental breakdown, a collapse into helpless depression.

Oh, no, say the radfems: Sarah Brown is not a victim any more than “she” is a lesbian. In fact, say the radfems, Brown is guilty of harassing actual women. Radfems were enraged that Brown was invited as keynote speaker (!) at this month’s Dyke March in London:

Yes, you read that right. Dyke March London, despite having a wealth of actual Lesbians to choose from, decided that a male person who claims to have relationships with women, aka a heterosexual man, was the Best Person to speak at Lesbians gathering in London for Dyke March. . . .
Sarah Brown also tells an actual female (me) and an actual Lesbian (me again) that he is more of a Lesbian than I am . . .

So you had lesbians protesting against the Dyke March:

Meanwhile, a Facebook site called Tranarchy is trying to shut down the radical feminist blog Gender Identity Watch.

And, finally, a transsexual wrote a column at Slate claiming it is oppressive to identify baby girls and boys as “girls” and “boys.”

Has the world gone completely crazy? No. The insanity is still incomplete. The world will certainly be even crazier tomorrow.

It’s best to take people at face value, unless they begin to talk about their confusions about gender. A lot of kids are thinking it’s okay to mutilate themselves & take hormones.

This is going to get worse before it gets better (assuming, of course, that “better” is the object of any of the parties involved).

Someone – Krauthammer, perhaps? – was bemoaning the way they sneaked in the “T” in “LGBT” without so much as a “how do you do?” He pointed out there is no such thing. Even surgery and hormones cannot change DNA or chromosomes.

You can lop off your Schumer, have a plastic surgeon construct you a pretty pink vagina that looks much like real ones, and alter your body chemistry to radical extents, and you are still a male. Sorry, Charlie, you’re not really a tuna.

And yet every leftist-dominated organization, including government offices and colleges, have jumped to bend over to accommodate men who want to use the Ladies Wymyn’s Rest Rooms. How long before some clever rapists (and we know colleges are just teeming with them) dress up in drag and troll the bathrooms for victims? And won’t they get out of charges just by whining, “But it’s who I AM, it’s my identity!”?

What a mess.

With infant gender assignment, in a single moment your baby’s life is instantly and brutally reduced from such infinite potentials down to one concrete set of expectations and stereotypes, and any behavioral deviation from that will be severely punished—both intentionally through bigotry, and unintentionally through ignorance. That doctor (and the power structure behind him) plays a pivotal role in imposing those limits on helpless infants, without their consent, and without your informed consent as a parent. This issue deserves serious consideration by every parent, because no matter what gender identity your child ultimately adopts, infant gender assignment has effects that will last through their whole life.

I’m literally shaking my head trying to imagine the mind twisted enough to reconfigure the joyful announcement “It’s a girl!” or “It’s a boy!” into a dystopian procedure newly termed “Infant Gender Assignment.”

I first began using the nom de net “L.N. Smithee” at Free Republic sixteen years ago, and for nearly a decade, I visited and contributed almost every day. Because it was run on a shoestring budget and user donations, older threads were deleted and lost to history (unless you can track them down on the Wayback Machine). I spent a lot of my time on FR in the late nineties and early zeroes posting cautionary tales about the advent of the gay rights movement in my California home. I knew that if not effectively challenged, there would come a time when not only would same-sex marriage become legal, but that the ripple effect of such a cultural tectonic shift would be pressure to raise children to believe that biological differences between males and females are nothing more than a social construct. And yet, such people have the gall to generalize those who oppose their radical agenda as “anti-science.”

I very much wish I could link to such a comment from years ago to show that I saw it coming, and so others will believe me when I warn that if not ferociously opposed, speech curbs such as those that exist in Canada will drip down from the Northern border like rainbow-colored slime. But believe me, I’m not happy about being proved right again and again.

A brief tangent. (Stick with me; it’s brilliant.)

My brother is the worst driver ever. He’s that arrogant road hog that blows past you at twice the speed limit and makes you say, “Damn! Where’s a cop?” He has this stunt he pulls: jumping in the left turn lane, but not turning left – instead, zooming straight through the intersection, thus passing all the other cars that are waiting to go straight. He insists that he’s “in total control” of what he does; that he’s the best driver on earth, and that he doesn’t cause anyone any problems.

I’ve tried (to no avail, obviously) to get him to understand that his using-the-left-turn-lane-to-zoom-straight-through-the-intersection stunt is only possible because EVERYONE ELSE IS FOLLOWING THE RULES!

My point: it’s the same with these sexual anarchists. Their damage to civilization is minimized by the fact that they are marginalized.

We (the ones who follow the rules) provide a safe world for them to act like idiots in.

If their ideas spread, disaster follows.

Don’t forget the “Q”, for “Questioning,” which is another load of crap. If you’re “questioning,” it’s pretty clear the people who want to help you find the “answer” (if you know what I mean and I think you do) want to put you into a category defined by the first four letters.

Beware of science!

What happens to your argument when science helps the lunatics along? What happens when they mess with people’s DNA to the point where they CAN alter DNA?

I could go on about this all night, but I’ll refrain.

But just think about this: There used to be ethics about having sex. People who had sex out of wedlock were considered immoral, loose or just plain stupid. No more. And why? Because of science. Science empowered the idiots, and allowed them to mock the ethical into the margins.

Science will empower the lunatics by providing better and better sex changes.

I’m shocked. All the gay activists I know are fully supportive of polygamy. They USED to change the subject, but that was when they were trying to get gay marriage through, and they didn’t like it to be seen as some sort of “beginning of sexual anarchy.”

Now that they’re safe with their gay marriage in place, they’re “out of the closet” (shall we say?) as far as allowing every damned thing you can mention.

Did I mention that my brother the arrogant driver is a polygamist?

He’s the worst narcissist you could ever have the misfortune of meeting. I haven’t seen him or spoken to him in over a decade. He’s very creepily evil.

They’re so intent on calling you “anti-science” that they’ve quite deliberately forgotten that it was science that tagged same-sex attraction as a mental disorder. Not religion. Science, completely and utterly unfettered by religion.

They have never bothered to look at 1.) the evidence used to label it as a mental disorder, or 2.) the reasons why that decision was reversed.

One of those was science-based, the other was politically based. I’ll let you guess which was which.

Now the AMA is joining the drive in the U.S. to make it simpler for the gender-confused to legally declare their sex as the other, regardless of whether they’ve actually taken measures to physically alter their genitalia or medically change their appearance.

One wonders what the arguments will be once someone declares him or herself to be of a race completely different their ethnicity.
