Speaking of Smittypalooza, how close is the venue to D.C.? I might be up there next week for a job.

  • Wombat_socho

It’s in Herndon, which is actually closer to Dulles than it is to downtown. Depending on where you’re staying while you’re in town, we might be able to arrange a ride for you.

If I get the job, I reckon I’ll find out where it is tomorrow. The company is supposedly going to rent me a car for the trip, but they have a policy about using “company” vehicles for personal reasons.

I just started so I sure as heck don’t want to break that one. Maybe it will work out.

    Here’s hoping.

FMJRA will always bring certain images to my mind, thanks to “The Auteur” and its fictional porn spoof/plot device, “Full Metal Jerkoff.” What has been seen, cannot be unseen.
