Friday Fiction: 100 Word Challenge

“Over Macho Grande?” we challenge the trenchcoated figure with the fake cigarette.

“No. I don’t think I’ll ever get over Macho Grande.”

“We lost the dearest and best that day,” goes this week’s passphrase.

Nods. Leads us deeper into Baltimore’s maze of alleys, still riot-torn decades on. Hillary’s Faith Fairness Act, taxing churches, superficially destroyed them a dozen years back. Christianity goes underground. Again.

Hence our trek through darkness seeking the Light. Christianity’s not officially illegal, but dare publicly challenge current moral ambiguity. Paganism? Bring it. Baby.

He gets us in.

“For God so loved the world…” intones the pastor.

Forcing Christianity back underground is going to be well underway before Shrillary cheats her way into the White House. When SCOTUS shoves fake marriage down everyone’s throat the flood gates of judgment will opened as well. Leftist idiots are going to be left with “wot hoppened?”

That one’s awesome, Smitty! And it’s scary because it’s plausible.

Thus preparing them for when the Restrainer no longer Restraineth, and God gives them over to their immoral desires.

How happy they’ll be during the following 7 years, if you don’t count the nuclear war, famine, pestilence, economic upheaval, earthquakes, possible air blasts and strikes by cometary or asteroid fragments, foul beings from the abyss, and sores from which they want to die, but can’t.

But it’ll all be worth it to them, because otherwise, you know, Christian.

Sounds like a good day at the park. After no christofascistgodbags to bother them anymore.

Excellent. But it is time for Christian Soldiers to load their weapons and mark their targets at home and abroad.

    that was 101 words.

Edit: well i’m not counting that hypenated “riot-torn” as one word.

so I guess it’s mostly true.

I draft these in MS Word. You can cheat with elipsis, as well.

Heh. If worse ever comes to worst, given the insatiable advance of the Buggernaut through our society, I suggest Captain Oveur’s dialogue as a congregational sign/password/countersign:

“You ever been in a cockpit before?”
“No, sir, I’ve never been up in a plane before.”
“You ever seen a grown man naked?”

(Yes, I’m serious. And don’t call me Shirley.)
