Florida Woman Disemboweled During Tequila-Fueled ‘Rough Sex’ Rage

Posted on | September 22, 2015 | 36 Comments

One of those stories that is simply beyond commentary:

In a tequila-fueled rage, a Sunrise man is accused of killing and disemboweling his girlfriend because she uttered her ex-husband’s name twice during sex.
Fidel Lopez called 911 about 3:39 a.m. Sunday and told the operator his girlfriend Maria Nemeth was having trouble breathing and was going to die, according to the arrest report filed in the case.
Sunrise police found Lopez crying for help next to Nemeth’s naked body on the floor of the bathroom with blood and body tissue around the apartment that Nemeth, 31, and Lopez, 24, had shared for about one week in the 1600 block of Northwest 128th Drive, the report stated. . . .
During questioning Sunday morning Lopez initially told investigators that he and Nemeth had been having rough sex and that she went into the bathroom, vomited and collapsed, the arrest report said.
Further questioning revealed a different story.
Lopez told detectives he became a “monster” when Nemeth called out her ex-husband’s name two times while they were having sex. . . .
Lopez said he inserted his arm up to his elbow and ripped out part of her intestines, detectives said.

As someone might say, “21st-century relationships.”

I suspect toxicology reports may find something other than just liquor in their systems. One does not simply disembowel another human being with a bare hand unless some other stimulant is involved.

Any indication of the immigration status of the former couple?

    Monsters murdering adults.

    Monsters murdering children.

    Monsters murdering the unborn.

Evil don’t care. It’ll take whatever it can get.

Nasty stuff, doubt its only alcohol as has been mentioned.

Whats the bet she was with him because of his “dangerous and thuggish” charm??

We recently had the ex-wife of an outlaw motorcycle gang member used as a “all men are scum” moment after he beat her to death.

Now these are chaps who sport the 1% patch and actively celebrate murder, violence and rape..

… Now that that’s out of the way, I have to tell you, I re-read parts of the story twice.

    I simply couldn’t believe I’d read what I had.

I agree w/those here who say that at least one of the couple had to have been hopped-up on some substance. Just physically speaking, the muscle tissue of the large intestinal track is mighty tough— it would take extreme effort to disembowel a person in that manner. Tearing and displacing the tissue is more than I’d have thought possible.

In addition, even a very drunk person won’t just allow it to happen! That would contribute to the difficulty also. Considering what we’re told, I think something of the nature of PCP would be necessary… something that could provide the “superhuman” strength required.

I wonder, though, how long after dosing it would remain detectable in his system, b/c she might not have indulged in whatever it was that gave him the physical ability to perform that murder method.

I have no conception what would blast and scar his soul to even allow him to consider doing what he did.

    What a terrible evil thing!

‘cuse me, I have to go back to the emesis basin now!

Along with everyone else, I suspect something besides alcohol. Meth, maybe? His skin’s pretty bad, if it shows up as blemished in a mug-shot.

Maybe, but lately it seems like all the craziest random acts of violence have involved synthetic cannabinoids, a broad category that constantly changes as manufacturers try to find new chemicals to skirt the law with.

So this is one of the issues with fisting. Where one sticks thier fist into the body cavity of another. The biggest problem is you cause a prolapse of the intestinal tract of the recipient. It used to be the taboo and sick to do more than up to the wrist and extreme to fit in general. However, like other things in life. As you become adjusted to that sensation the need to have more you need to experience more. So it has become more mainstream to try and achieve up to the elbow. In similar ways that those interested in zoo action go from small and medium dogs to large dogs to equines. Because they have become adjusted so well that the experience of being opened up that those small sizes so the need for larger and larger sizes. Druggie wants are similar as well, the bigger and bigger hit.

Oh and remember the LGBTQ crowd has for 20 yrs to teach school kids this stuff as well.

Immigration status of this Cuban? All the “news” and “facts” were unnecessarily salacious or from the killer’s view of events. How’s about some actual reporting about the killer? Who is he? Only a disorderly drunk on his criminal records? Where’s he from? Is he undocumented or legal? Odd the PC reporting left all of that out. One reporter told me – defensively – that his immigrant legal status “only mattered if the victim was killed BECAUSE she threatened to go to the police and get him deported”. What? Since when does a reporter decide what we need to know and decides it is only an over abundance of sexual details? WHO is he? Facts, please.

    “Former feminist heroine” speaks:

“I was wondering if you have been following the discussions of rape activism on college campuses.

Yes, very closely. In the 1970s we had an extraordinary movement against sexual assault in this country and changed the laws. They [the campus activists] don’t seem to know that. They think they are the first people to discover rape, and the problem of consent, and they are not.

They have been tremendously influenced by the idea that “You can drink as much as you want because you are the equal of a guy,” and it is not true. They don’t accept the fact there are predators out there, and that all women have to take special precautions. They think they can drink as much as men, which is crazy because they can’t drink as much as men. I find the position “Don’t blame us, we’re survivors” to be appalling. Also, they [college women] are not the chief targets of rapists. Young women and all women in housing projects and ghettos are still in far greater danger than college girls.

So what would you tell the college activists right now?

Extend your focus to the larger percentage of women and girls who are in danger of being raped. They are more important than the college kids. Also, the rape kits that have not been processed are a huge problem, and they are not dealing with that.

Is there a reason why you think the conversation has reemerged on college campuses?

I don’t know. The women’s movement in the ’70s was not a campus movement at all. I like to see activism wherever it rears its head, but this is a very limited movement that doesn’t accept reality. Culture may tell you, “You can drink as much as men,” but you can’t. People think they can have it all ways. The slut marches bothered me, too, when they said you can wear whatever you want. Well sure, but you look like a hooker. They say, “That doesn’t matter,” but it matters to the man who wants to rape. It’s unrealistic. I don’t know what happened to the understanding people had in the 1970s.”

Cuban man murdering his Peruvian girlfriend. I know how irrational it is, but I still feel a portion of shame because the murderer and I were born in the same nation.

I know we’ve got our cases down in Florida but I’d point out two things:

    2) Fidel Lopez…Southeast Florida is another place all together

Hard core bikers usually have a diamond patch with a 1% on it.

Comes from quite a while back (60s/70s) when someone defended the bikers by saying “its only the 1% of bikers that are thugs and criminals”.

So in effect the scum took to wearing the 1% badge as a sign of honour.

In Australia a 1%er has to pass an initiation of varying illegal, immoral and perverse acts including extreme violence and rape.

They are advertising the fact they are violent scum.

Ah. Sort of like how these days all the little punkchicas run around with their asses hanging out of their pants, imagining it is an advertisment claiming how tough and thuggish they are, when, in fact, it’s an advertisement claiming that their ass is some bigger thug’s “bitch”.
