By this time next year the national economy will be that much farther down the Obama, Wisconsin will have addedthat many more jobs, its schools will be that much more solvent, the choice will be that much clearer… good luck with that recall, boys.

If they wait another week, college will be back in session and students will be able to earn extra credit signing the recall petitions.

As a political battlefield, Wisconsin makes for a good Peach Orchard, not a Waterloo. Can folks outside of Wisconsin sign those petitions? Anything to keep unions spending tens of millions on political races before The Big Push.

I have a feeling the national union movement will have its hands full next year trying to prop up socialists across the country.  If all the money and manpower they were able to flood into Wisconsin over the budget showdown and the recall elections couldn’t win in an off year, their diluted resources in an election year won’t make much of a dent.

Plus, as Wisconsin contracts expire for public unions, dues become voluntary, so expect the available cash for political mischief to become rapidly scarce.

If the unions are international, as many of them purport to be, what are the controls on money going from outside the US of A, laundered through union accounts, and into Progressive/Socialist campaign coffers?
