Avail yourself of this breath of mental fresh air. Two serious legal heads not talking over our heads. Rather, a layman’s look at the situation from two gentlemen who really Get It. Included segments, with my informal comments, are:

  • The Constitutionality of ObamaCare: Commerce clause, not so much. As a tax, still reaching. It looks like the shut-up-and-do-as-I-say clause will have to be relied upon in this instance.
  • Enforcing Constitutional Limits
  • The Constitution Restoration Project: Brilliant with a capital YES!
  • Contradictory Congress
  • Are We Doomed? There are those who would enjoy having Americans feeling doomed and pliable. They can get stuffed.
