GALION, Ohio
My wife’s parents, Jim and Nancy Bittner, were the guests of honor today at a party commemorating their 50th wedding anniversary.

The couple with their seven children: Front row (left to right) Rex, Jeff and Jamie; (back row) Erica, Nancy and Jim, Lou Ann, Anna and Brenda.

Jim and Nancy have 22 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Many happy returns to the both of them, and I’m sure they’ll start speaking to the wretch who stole their daughter soon. *g*

A childhood friend of mine’s parents had their 50th anniversary today too.

    Congratulations to them all.

Congratulations!  May there be another 25 years of annivesary celebrations to come.

Apart from daddy Jim Bittner, only Lou Ann and Rex look ‘fit’ in the family. Seems like the other kids (to a lesser extent Erica and Jeff) got/have their mommy’s traits and/or food/lifestyle habits.

Could you not, at the end of the day, be a decent person even for one non-political post?

Why aren’t the two elder Bittners placed top and center in that photograph? The places of Nancy Bittner and Lou Ann should be ideally reversed.

A: Because Mrs. McCain want’s to be in the center of attraction so that her husband’s readers don’t miss her glowing face.

    Tsk tsk, Anamika, tsk tsk!

The Bittner family does not deserve your hate on this joyous occasion.

Tsk tsk!  Your rage consumes you, Anamika.  Tsk tsk!

    Tsk tsk, Anamika, tsk tsk!

Such hate!  Such rage!  And against people who never bore you any ill will.

    Tsk tsk, Anamika, tsk tsk!

Aw! I know marriage isn’t all sunshine and lollipops but it’s so great to see folks stick together through thick and thin. God bless ’em both 😉
