“He’s Not The King. He’s The President. He’s Elected Just Like The Rest Of Us”

Peter Robinson interviews Rep. Paul Ryan in an excellent palate-cleanser. It’s 17 kinds of awesome to be home, with bandwidth, and have a chance to enjoy this. It’s also fantastic that a state which could produce a bloggerwho posts a picture of a ballerina sitting in a tree, wearing galoshes and a stormtrooper helmet (I guess that’s dating in Wisconsin for you) could also produce a statesman of the caliber of Ryan. Trog must have been part of the bargain, somehow.

Post title comes at 3:25 in the clip. Ryan, you rock.

Forget about Fatty, this is the guy they should be getting to run.  He won’t but damn if he is not good.

The weather up here is VERY unpredictable, and footballs fall out of the sky a lot.

That happens when you live where real men play football very well.

We’re trying to trade Trog, but there really isn’t anything we can take in compensation that would make it worth it.

We tried, but he likes being my Congresscritter too much.

Should be 4 more parts to that interview with Ryan released this week.

Smitty, that picture is  a Virginian (via Oregon) DUDE! The Trog is just trying to prove that he’s not a freakophobe.

We could trade off his twin brother in his place and these outta state bozos would never know the difference.

Ryan is in the same position as Rubio:  young with a bright future, but lacking in executive experience.  THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE.

Each should watch for their chance to run for Governor of their home state to build that essential part of their resumes.  We just cannot afford any more on-the-job management training for Presidents.

Here’s what we need, a candidate who, when Obama says something stupid or incendiary in a debate, can look him straight in the eye and say, unapologetically, and forcefully-“Mr. President, you can kiss my ass.”

How about ‘There you go again’?

So glad we have intelligent, coherent people on our side who can explain in laymen’s terms why progressivism is so stupid. I agree with Adjoran, Paul Ryan need’s some more experience and then he’ll be a great presidential candidate

No, Steve, you can’t trade the TrogloBrother.  Who’s going to take the bullet for me then?

Sure am glad I didn’t change that picture when I was meaning to.  Laziness pays off again!
