    I’m wondering how the legislators in Hartford reconcile their votes with the state constitution, Article 1, SEC. 15. “Every citizen has a right to bear arms in defense of himself and the state.” I can only assume that that they will tell us that the state comes first, and that’s the only reason any one would need to defend themselves is while defending the state. Even though our Constitution mentions the self before the state.
