Yes, Ma’am, However …

[Picture removed]

OK, my “SlutWalkDC” photos got zapped — blame Joan of Arc — but a guy named Ted got a photo of me taking a photo.

As for the girl’s poster, it should be the title of a TV series, or maybe a textbook, but it’s at least a  T-shirt slogan. However, thinking back to when I was that age, I would tell the young ladies that the boners control the boys more often than the other way around. Knowing this, the best advice for young ladies is BOYS HAVE COOTIES.

Just don’t have anything to do with boys. Keep as far away from them as possible. If it were up to me, we would abolish co-education, and the only time young ladies would be able to meet boys would be at heavily chaperoned dances and such.

But a lot of things would be different it it were up to me, and meanwhile we’re living in an imperfect world where journalists don’t get paid as much as NBA stars, where cameras occasionally malfunction, and young people don’t heed good advice.

Young guys may want to control their boners, but the boner is inherently totalitarian. It’s like Hitler — he says he only wants the Sudetenland, but if you give him Sudetenland, next thing you know, he’ll take the rest of Czechoslovakia, too, and Poland after that.

Young ladies should be less like Neville Chamberlain and more like Winston Churchill: “Never give in . . . in nothing, great or small, large or petty . . .  Never yield to force. Never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy.”

And trust me: Boys have cooties.

  1. In my younger days in the Navy, If one of my friends said that we need to go to Slut Walk, I would have said fuck’in a! We need to stop and get some tequila on the way.

  2. Stacy worries cause he has daughters. For the girl holding the sign, she’s only a half hour away from macking down on some guy at a local tavern. Boys have cooties, girls want cooties. It’s nature’s way. Do not fight it. Surrender.

  3. Where I really went, “HUH???” was:

Once we were safely installed in his living room, he started to work his way into a bottle of red wine. His housemate was home, and we stayed up late talking to her. Finally, he was ready for bed.

We had sloppy sex and then fell asleep.

In the middle of the night, I woke up, and he was on top of me, forcing his penis inside me with no condom. I panicked and said, “What are you doing? Don’t do that!”

Now, unless “we had sloppy sex” is some slang term for “played chess with out clothes on” or “read Shakespeare to each other with out clothes on”, I’m not having a lot of sympathy for this woman. By her own account, she saw enough red flags to be in a parade in Pyongyang… yet went home with this fellow, got liquored up (or, at least, watched him do so), and HAD SEX WITH HIM. Then, when he came back for more… she cried “rape!”

Let’s be clear: at the moment she said “stop” and he didn’t, he crossed over into rape territory and should be punished for that offense. But… what the hell was this young woman thinking??? And does she not bear at least some of the blame for what happened? I say that she does.

As I’ve written elsewhere, I wonder about her father: where did he go wrong?

  4. Why? So they could be harassed by “Fingers” Filner and told to shut their whore mouths by feminists like Nancy Pelosi?

  5. But did you note that shortly after the “rape” she rewards him with another consensual sex act THEN makes her escape? I would love to see the police report on this one!

  6. I was just thinking they’ve probably never met a Democrat or they wouldn’t be yelling at complete strangers.

  7. I read the story and thought that people like this need therapy and spiritual counseling, not faux affirmation about their sexuality or their lack of responsibility.

  8. There is/usedta be a lesbian bar in the Village, called The Duchess. Two of my peers, who were greatly into ambulatory celebrations of Bacchus, stumbled in the door there. The louder and drunker of the two looked at all these suddenly silent women staring at them and announced, “Sell my clothes, I’ve died and gone to Heaven!”

The slightly less drunk one looked at all these suddenly silent women staring at them and said, “Run.”

I have never seen a more thorough pair of asswhippings.

  9. What about a “Modesty Walk?” Do the slut walkers support modestly and chastity, or are these the women who call other women prudes, straight-laced, and hung up? You see, these are all one-way streets, straight to deviancy. Acting like a slut is A-OK, but being chaste and modest opens people up to ridicule. As in many things, these faux feminists are hypocrites.
