Kaitlyn Hunt’s Mother on Plea Deal: ‘It’s Not Right, It’s Not Fair and It’s Not Just’

We scarcely need wonder where the criminal pervert gets her lawless irresponsible attitude, eh? Kelley Hunt Smith on Facebook:

Tomorrow at 11am Kate will accept the State’s plea offer that was given this week. It’s been a long, painful 8 months but after much prayer and counsel Kate has decided to take the plea offer. It’s not right, it’s not fair and it’s not just but gives her her life back, which is all she wants. . . . We won’t stop! We will also continue to fight for equal rights for LGBT’s, and gather support for LGBT teens. Kate may have somewhat lost this battle but she will never lose the war!!!!

Her daughter is accepting this deal, which is really rather lenient considering all the aggravating circumstances, but Kelley Hunt Smith continues ranting about the wrongness, unfairness and injustice of the prosecution. What a pathetic excuse for an adult . . .

  1. Scum always feel mistreated. Such leniency just gives the Indian River County legal system what they want: silence from these criminals and their deluded supporters.

Better that a millstone had been placed around their necks and have been thrown in the sea than what is awaiting them on this side of the grave …

  2. She’s a nasty person, vile and deplorable. I hope I never have to cross paths with her nor the rest of her sub-culture family

  3. Do the math, and you realize Kelley Hunt Smith, who was 18 when she gave birth to Kaitlyn in 1994, is just two or three years younger than Monica Lewisnky. Being part of a generation that thinks it perfectly acceptable for an intern to give her boss blow jobs, how do you expect Kelley to react when she discovers that it is illegal for her violent tattooed dopehead daughter to have lesbian sex with a 14-year-old?

In Kelley Hunt Smith’s mind — as in the minds of so many in her generation — having sex with anybody you want, anytime you want, any way you want is a vital constitutional right.

Once you accept that bizarre premise, the logic of the argument becomes difficult to refute.

  4. Can we start a betting pool for Probation Violation?

Length of time it will take/ Manner it will be achieved?

  5. I pick a April, a few days after her victim reaches 16, which the FB posts have been happily pointing out is age of consent in FL. That the plea deal specifies NO contact for the entire three years hasn’t sunk into their shrunken little brains.

  6. ‘Twil be a bit more fair and just if the victim’s parents succeed in their law suit against the Hunts.

  7. Hold the phone — “prayer and counsel…”
    ?!?!
I thought it was those horrible godbag christofascist Smiths that were all the problem here. Now the Hunts are “praying” for divine guidance?
    Hypocrisy much?

  8. I pick, it’ll be bloody near impossible to violate probation when she leaves Florida sometime soon after December 20…

  9. The Hunts believe in a god. I’m not sure which one, but definitely not God. Heck, the Hunts’ supporters are recommending that not only should they sue the victim’s family, but their church and the pastor specifically, since their church has given them aid and comfort over the last year.

  10. I read that Kaitlyn’s stepmother is only 9 years older than she is, the same age as Kate’s new girlfriend. Don’t know if this is accurate, can someone confirm?

  11. Never fear my friends. Within the month, I will be forwarding the State of Florida’s Motion to Revoke to the US Attorney’s office to prosecute our favorite dildo wielding child predator under 47 U.S.C. §§ 231, making harmful and indecent material available to a minor.

It would seem to me that sending a video of a masturbating vagina to a 14 year old minor is somewhat worse than when a perverted banjo player communicates with an undercover FBI agent offering to sexually train imaginary children who do not exist in reality.

And remember, the banjo player got 19 years under federal law.

If I create a Change.org petition, will you support it?

  12. She’s likely to drop that particular girlfriend like a hot potato. No percentage in pursuing that angle anyway.

On the other hand, given her demonstrated lack of judgement, who the hell knows what calculus is playing out in her twisted little mind? This 8 month experience might have terminated her Special Snowflake Syndrome, or it could have reinforced it.

Now is when we find out if she’s really a psychopath, or merely a victim of abysmally bad judgement.

  13. I expect the God they believe in is what the rest of us call Self. Or maybe they’re Nietzscheans. Kate’s an Ubermensch.

  14. Smitty has thrown out some WH40K references before. No idea how many of the regulars catch them, though.

  15. “her violent tattooed dopehead daughter”

    You left out “Dildo wielding.”

    That’s my favorite bit

  16. How, I wonder, will Mrs Smith handle her lovely daughter’s one year of house arrest?

If she’s a good mother — something for which there is rather little evidence — she’ll be spending her time telling cutie-pie Kate to behave herself throughout her probation, and to get herself straight — pun intended.

The plea bargain was reported to include the stipulation that law enforcement could search Miss Hunt’s residence and electronic communications, at an time, without the need to obtain a warrant. In other words, Miss Hunt had better not even think about burning a joint for the next three years.

Miss Hunt is being given one heck of an opportunity here; I hope that she takes advantage of it.

  17. Actually, I’d guess over a year. She’ll be stuck in house arrest, with an ankle bracelet — hopefully in a nice, feminine pink color — and simply cannot leave the house for anything other than approved trips, such as her required community service. As the state’s most infamous lez, she’ll have plenty of legal offers, and Mrs Smith doesn’t seem to object to overnight pajama parties.

The problems will come when she gets a little more freedom to go out and about. I’d guess that she would be subject to random drug screens.

  18. Whoa… I take it you’re not a Neitzschean?

Cool, neither am I. But I find that quoting him is very good for disconcerting people.
