Bill Schmalfeldt Lies Again

After I replied to his “offer” of an “interview,” the sadistic sociopath who has cyberstalked, harassed and threatened me for months — and well do regular readers know this — had the unspeakable effrontery to e-mail me again, from which I quote two sentences:

“You make untrue statements that you sprinkle with your hate spittle and anoint as ‘true.’ I have not lied, and you have never once proven a lie other than to call me a liar.”

How many time in the past year has Bill Schmalfeldt accused me of lying when I said I no longer live in Maryland? How many times in the past five weeks has Bill Schmalfeldt falsely claimed I was “served” at a Maryland address in the Kimberlin v. Walker et al. lawsuit?

How many times have I named witnesses who can confirm for a fact that I do not live in Maryland, that I have not lived in Maryland since mid-2012? How many times have I stated that I have not been “served” in Maryland, because the Maryland address listed for me in Kimberlin v. Walker, et al., is not my address and, in point of fact, that particular address has never been my address?

I have not been served. I do not live in Maryland. Yet Schmalfeldt has never once acknowledged his dishonesty in accusing me falsely.

What authority, after all, did Bill Schmalfeldt ever have to make this false accusation against me? If Bill Schmalfeldt can prove that I am in Maryland — as he knows damned well that I am not — where is his proof? Where is the signed receipt for legal service that Bill Schmalfeldt says his perjuring friend Brett Kimberlin should have?

Bill Schmalfeldt has repeatedly claimed to be “ethical,” even as he has endlessly repeated this lie, demanding that I tell a convicted bomber where I and my family live, in order to disprove his lie.

You are a sick and pathetic freak, Bill Schmalfeldt. And your deliberate dishonesty is nearly as disgusting as your shameless cruelty.

 Bon voyage!

  1. I really have to wonder if there is something lacking in Bill’s brain that doesn’t allow him to know he is lying. Time after time people have posted definitive proof that he has lied. But Bill simply refuses to acknowledge them. Is he incapable if recognizing his lies or does he believe if he simply refuses to acknowledge them that nobody will notice?

  2. The insanity defense?

We can’t rule it out, but it is more rational to assume — indeed, Schmalfeldt has said so himself — he harasses people on behalf of Brett Kimberlin.

  3. This is the same as saying: “I heard that Bill might be a pederast. Now, I’m not saying he is, but he knows how he can prove he’s not – just cough up his computers so that everyone can have a look-see.”

His behavior does not arise out of stupidity. It is pure, unadulterated evil. Habitual, serial liars serve a master, and it is not Jesus Christ.

  4. Oh, this is pure … well, whatever. Stacy, you and the other defendants should screen cap this one and tweet out a pic of it every time BS makes another false accusation:

FTRRadio.@rsmccain This is why you are in trouble, Stace. When you accuse someone of something, you gotta be able to PROVE it.

  5. BS, deranged cyberstalking troll, is engaged in a transparent attempt to goad you into providing your address. Since he can’t produce proof of service, he places the burden on you to give your address. He claims that Ali has been hiding, when Ali has been at home, sipping a glass of vino and pigging out on ice cream (he does tweet about food a lot. He also doesn’t weight 350, so Bill must be jealous).

  6. By presenting to the court a pleading, written motion, or other paper—whether by signing, filing, submitting, or later advocating it—an attorney or unrepresented party certifies that to the best of the person’s knowledge, information, and belief, formed after an inquiry reasonable under the circumstances:

    (1) it is not being presented for any improper purpose, such as to harass, cause unnecessary delay, or needlessly increase the cost of litigation;

Good thing that BS has provided more than enough evidence that the purpose of the RICO suit is to harass “Breitbots” and run up the bill.

  7. I’ll say it again, after all Bill has done for Kimberlin by shining a light on him, keeping him in the forefront, and telling everyone the purpose of the litigation is for naught but to bring financial ruin and harass the defendents, I’d be mighty cautios of any packages his “good friend” Brett might send to him…or he might find on his doorstep.

  8. RSM, you have outstanding writing skills, and can weave a story like nobody’s business. You should be negotiating a book deal to write the story of this insane story.

  9. It occurs to me that BK’s latest lawsuit is targeted at effective voices against the left. James O’Keefe? ACORN. Stranahan? Won’t let Pigford go. Etc., etc. Interesting, don’t you think, who might be funding/supporting these endeavors?

  10. BS has documented foreknowledge of the lawsuit preparation. And he has admitted that the purpose is to harass the Breitbots, cost them money, and that it will go forward because the judge is an Obama appointee.

  11. I don’t think BK has filed his lawsuit in any serious attempt to actually cripple any of the “effective voices”. He’s just lashing out in a childish tantrum of frivolous harassment.

He is hoping that somehow he can manipulate another ill-advised “default” like Seth Allen. But otherwise his tactic is merely being annoyance.

  12. “frivolous harassment.”

What if they were lying about YOU?

Wouldn’t you be angry as all hell if, in a federal lawsuit, a convicted criminal told as many heinous lies about you as Brett Kimberlin has told about me?

But I suppose there is no instinct of honor remaining in the Obama Age, and people are insensible to the offense.
