Subject: Interview offer

Despite your opinion of me, I want to write a balanced story about Kimberlin’s RICO suit. If you are interested in telling your side of the story, i could submit a list of questions and will print your answers verbatim. This is a one time, take-it-or-leave-it offer. If you want your side told in my writing, let me know. If you do not want your side of the story, feel free to ignore me. Don’t bother writing back telling me not to contact you. That doesn’t work. Either agree or disagree to be interviewed, and leave it at that.
Thank you.

Damn your “offer,” and damn your “interview.”
My opinion of you is of no consequence. What finally matters is the self-evident fact of your hateful dishonesty and cowardice, which is apparent to every intelligent person who has ever bothered to examine your words and actions.
Your assistance in “telling [my] side of the story” is neither welcome nor necessary. Of course, your offer is not made in good faith, as you have never acted on good faith in the entirety of the months that I have been forced to observe your constant lying and harassment. Further research has determined that this sort of disgraceful conduct has been your habit ever since you began your inept online attempts at impersonating a “progressive pundit” or whatever else you may choose to call that pathetic charade of yours.
What is astounding is that, after days of threatening the Impending Doom of myself and others — because of your advance notice of Kimberlin’s RICO suit — you have the unmitigated gall now to insult me by suggesting that you “want to write a balanced story” about the baseless and legally defective federal lawsuit your patron has filed against innocent people who have committed no wrong. You well know that the only “sin” of which the defendants are guilty is their failure to join you in your reverent worship at the Holy Shrine of Saint Brett of the Blessed Pipe Bomb.
Despite your knowledge of this truth, you pretend that Kimberlin’s litigation has some purpose beyond harassment. This pretense of yours fools no one. Your actions are entirely for the selfish and sadistic purpose of inflicting harm on people who are successful and happy, and your hate toward them is motivated by your envy, the ultimate cause of which is your inability to take responsibility for your incompetence and self-inflicted misfortunes.
Failure has attended your every step so far, and you have forfeited any claim you might ever have had on the courtesy of decent, honest and respectable people. Every person who knows you must regard you with thorough contempt, even such of your colleagues as may find you temporarily useful. Bad causes attract bad people, and the very fact that you are acceptable to Brett Kimberlin as an accomplice is conclusive proof of how desperate he has become.
You obviously have no shame, but you cannot be unconscious of the wrongs you have done, and I pity anyone so unfortunate as to have any reason to care what a laughingstock you have made of yourself. Cast your eye backward, look at the road you have traveled to reach your present humiliated position, and consider what destination you shall reach if you continue your current self-destructive trajectory.
I don’t have to tell you to go to Hell, because you are already in a frantic hurry to get there. All I can say now is, “Bon voyage.”

  1. I would have thought a “Are you out of your friggin’ ever loving mind?” would have been sufficient. But then, I’m sometimes I find myself at a loss for words.

  2. Speaking of “a loss for words,” I finally got around to reading — or attempting to read, at least — Brett Kimberlin’s federal suit, which is so preposterously false that I scarcely know where to begin fisking it. Suffice to say that a science-fiction writer’s most imaginative speculations on time-travel and parallel universes would be necessary to the “racketeering” and “conspiracy” alleged therein. Everyone familiar with the actual facts can go through this nonsensical 47-page complaint and, I suspect, point out at least one falsehood or error per page.

  3. Delightful read. Scathing yet absolutely proper. CBBS could never aspire to control his words so well.

The single best insult to him is still: When I want my story told, and told to a thousand times as many people, and told infinitely better, all I have to do is tell it myself.

the scars on his head are twofold. Thats where they put the PD stimulator wires in, but first they had to remove the remora suction cup he used to latch onto actually capable people.

  4. But … but … but … fairness or JOURNALISM or ethics or the Americans with Disabilities Act or Acme Law or something …

  5. What is stunning is that for days he crowed about The Big Thing coming and how it would destroy you all and how he couldn’t wait. Now he wants to pretend he is an impartial journalist? I can’t even begin to understand the depths of his dishonestly. Well, I guess that is why he gets fired for being “unprofessional”.

I applaud your restraint in that answer. It did a great job of pointing out exactly how a low life he is without stooping to his level of discourse.

” Don’t bother writing back telling me not to contact you. That doesn’t work.”

I did find amusing that he finally admits that telling him to stop contact is not something he will honer (and why he again got humiliated in court yesterday)

  6. Last I looked ADA didn’t apply to mental disability, but being an Engineer I was just worried about physical disabilities. I’m sure it wouldn’t apply to self inflicted mental disability.

  7. Bravo sir. Bravo. At times I wish I could write as well as I think I can. Then I read something like this and realize how far I truly have to go. Epic!

  8. I will admit, upon re-reading his missive, the tone in the last three sentences evaporated any pity I had.

  9. Does Kimberlin & crew actually believe that anyone is going to believe them? do they have support on the liberal blogs for this constant lawfare? I just cannot understand why these guys continue to joust at windmills like this. I hope someday soon to be able to log onto the internet & NOT have to read about this guy suing someone whom disagrees with him. Although, reading about his constant defeats is amusing.

  10. “Don’t bother writing back telling me not to contact you. That doesn’t work.”

So Cabin Boy basically promises to act criminally in the future despite having been repeatedly lectured on the law by judges.
