Deranged Cyberstalker Bill Schmalfeldt Insinuates Corruption in Carroll County

John Hoge has already schooled Baghdad Blob about the actual findings of previous court proceedings, but something else caught my eye in Bill Schmalfeldt’s extended whine:

It took Hoge three times to get a peace order against me. Two Carroll County District Court judges turned him down. One even told him that he needed to man up and be a big boy and realize that if you dish it out, you’d better learn to take it. But after securing the legal services of the sister-in-law of the county State’s Attorney, somehow — as if by magic — Hoge secured a six month peace order from a Circuit Court judge who ignored all the evidence that said Twitter is not “contact” and is not “harassment.”
In December, Hoge and the State’s Attorney’s sister-in-law convinced the same judge to ignore even more specific evidence to determine there was “good cause” to extend the peace order another six months.
Not satisfied with his victory, as megalomaniacs will do . . . Hoge kept going back to the well.
I am accused of violating the peace order.

This is tantamount to an accusation of judicial corruption and, when presented to the court, such an accusation is unlikely to endear Bill Schmalfeldt to the officials who will determine whether his violations of the peace order shall be prosecuted.

But of course, Bill has been “cropped to defame“!

I find it amusing that he seems to think random readers of his or other blogs on this subject will believe his deranged interpretation of what transpired in court over what the actual court transcript says happened. I’m also amused how he complete fails to acknowledge that it was his own actions in violating the peace order that lead to his being “accused of violating the peace order”.
Actions have consequences, one hopes the court sees to it The Talking Wart finally faces his.

This whole “cropped to defame” nonsense is wacky on a number of levels, but the one that is most puzzling is that the guy seems to think that cropping that photo made him look WORSE. In fairness to him, he had just been through major surgery, and most people look like crap after that. Nevertheless, the surgical marks combined with his creepy expression in the full photo make him look pretty bad. He actually looks better in the cropped photo. You know, the one he finds so offensive that he keeps publishing it again, and again, and again….

I have accessed this article via the internet from my home in Florida. I accessed and read the cited tweet from my home in Florida. I accessed the dreaded patriot-ombudsman blog via the internet from my home in Florida. I am shocked and scandalized by the allegations William Schmalfeldt has made and continues to make regarding Stacy McCain, WJJ Hoge, Aaron Worthing, Ali Akbar, Lee and Lauren Stranahan as well as others. It is my belief that his statements are false, libelous, defamatory and outright threats of physical violence against the previously mentioned individuals by persons unknown at the direction and with the cooperation of Mr Schmalfeldt. Mr Schmalfeldt has also threated the individuals named above with Brett Kimberlin, a convicted domestic terrorist and bomber and I fear for their lives and the lives of their loved ones.
I encourage these folks to file criminal charges against Mr. Schmalfeldt under Florida Statutes Title 46, section 836.01 through 836.05 inclusive with a particular focus on 836.05 4 (c). I am willing to be involved in said criminal complaint.
