Well, by now most of you Loyal Readers are aware that Stacy, Bill Hoge, Ali and Aaron Walker won their case against the Dread Pro Se Litigant Brett Kimberlin, and I think it only appropriate to begin this celebratory Rule 5 Tuesday post with a pic of Stacy enjoying his victory:

    Also worth pointing to, on the whole, “Being silenced by way of lawsuit,” front, is Mark Steyn’s latest event in the never-ending (he’s now in year three) lawsuit brought on by the fake-Nobel Laureat and data torturer Michael Mann….

    …This latest event is an Amicus Curiae brief Mark filed (in support of neither party in the “other” lawsuit where NRO et al are also in litigation). Mark’s legal team filed this brief in order to convince the Judge to render an “expeditious ruling.” I’m guessing because it would be nice to have that ruling in your pocket when you’re counter-suing the fake-Nobel Laureat.

    Anyway, Mark Steyn covers it well at his blog in this satisfactorily, Krugman-hammering post.
