Apparently there’s a party of about 100 people descending on the Rock It Grill tonight, and it’s not us, so table space may be hard to come by. I’m heading over there now to stake one out, but if enough people who didn’t RSVP show up, we may have to decamp next door to the Hard Times or even back down to Joe Theismann’s across from the Metro. I’ll be at the Rock It from about 4 PM on, wearing the festive color of my tribe and keeping an eye on my e-mail, and we’ll make a decision on redeployment at six when the other crowd shows up.

I wish I could be there, how is it?
We moved across the street to the Hard Times so we could hear each other talk. So loud in the Rock It that we literally could not hear the person sitting next to us. The Hard Times was 1000% better.
Hooters is a possibility for future meetups. It is, after all, a family breastaurant.
Knock one back for me, I’m busy packing for DragonCon.
My girlfriend prefers Tilted Kilt to Hooters because the food is better.

I’m not aware of a Tilted Kilt in the DC area.
We had an excellent party time; even discussed the great points of Animal House and PCU!
