Miriam Mogilevsky (@sondosia on Twitter) is 24 years old. She got her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northwestern University in 2013 and recently completed a master’s degree in social work at Columbia University. As I explained in “Feminists, and How to Avoid Them”:

The weird thing about Miriam Mogilevsky . . . Well, there are an awful lot of weird things about Ms. Mogilevsky, but the one that stands out is her inability to admit how profoundly abnormal her dislike of males is. At elite universities like Northwestern and Columbia, this hateful anti-male ideology is now so prevalent among female students that heterosexuality is effectively illegal on campus. Any male student attending an elite school who so much as speaks to a female student is at risk of being charged with “harassment.” A recent lawsuit filed against Brown University — where a male student was expelled for making out with a girl after a party — highlights the manic intensity of “rape culture” hysteria feminists have unleashed on campus. Because Fear and Loathing of the Penis has now become pandemic among college women, it is possible for feminists like Miriam Mogilevsky to assume all women hate men as much as she does. Here was her announcement on Oct. 11:
Coming Out Day!!! The labels I currently use for myself are queer, gay, femme, and homoflexible. (Basically, I’m a lesbian with exceptions.) The label bisexual doesn’t work for me right now, but I consider myself part of the broader bi+ umbrella of people with the capacity to love and desire people of more than one gender. My gender is ???. My pronouns are she/her or they/theirs, with extra warm fuzzies when you use they. I’m on the asexual spectrum somewhere, probably demi or gray-A, which means (among other things) that I don’t experience primary sexual attraction. I also identify as solo poly, which means that I’m open to multiple committed and loving relationships, but with minimal life enmeshment and no “rules” placed on me.
Come out if you can, but remember that you’re allowed (in fact, encouraged) to prioritize yourself first, and others and The Movement second.

Feminists are profoundly abnormal creatures, and it was Ms. Mogilevsky who inspired me to offer this advice in August:
Guys: Learn to take a hint. Learn to walk away.
If a woman tells you she is a feminist, say nothing and walk away.
No feminist wants to hear what a man has to say, and life is too short to waste your time taking to feminists. Just walk away.
Leave feminists alone, and then they can complain about that.

That’s the whole thing. When I compare and contrast with Miss Miriam’s, I have to conclude that one of us is off our flippin’ rocker. And it ain’t me.
I’m serious now: why aren’t people like this being culled from the herd and institutionalized? Didn’t her parents notice anything wrong all those years? Why didn’t they do something? Or maybe they did “do something”, considering that bi/homosexuals are 1.5-4.0 times more likely to have been molested or abused as children. (And I didn’t even make that statistic up this time.)
And think of it – with a master’s in social work, this could be the person who shows up at someone’s house someday after making the case that the state needs to take their kids away. For being taught Biblical principles, such as “intolerance” for sinful behaviors that are displeasing to God. Let that roll around in your head a bit.
I’m not the first to note that there are two kinds of bisexuals: doers and talkers. She’s a talker. Smells to me like almost everything about her self-description is theoretical, except for the asexual part.

She has adopted the fantasist political lesbian notion that androgyny was stolen away in antediluvian times and essentially driven herself mad. I have little doubt she is a normal heterosexual woman determined ironically take on sexual social constructs of gay feminism, the “construct” they say “compulsory heterosexuality” is. I think it’s a good prediction to say that pedos will co-opt pansexual, regardless of whether it’s technically correct. I can already picture them claiming that “little boy,” “teen guy” and “adult man” are separate genders; and since feminist theory is so screwy, who’s to say they’d be wrong?

To charge lesbians, per se, with “hate” is further than I am willing to go. Lesbian feminists, indeed, hate men, but so do heterosexual feminists — and the illogic of the latter category is what we have to consider. Insofar as we can define feminism as a philosophy by which lesbians justify and rationalize their dread and contempt for males, it is perfectly explicable. The problem, really, is when heterosexual women — whose happiness requires them to cooperate successfully in intimate relationships with males — adopt feminism as their ideology. Life for such women becomes a scorekeeping contest, where their love lives and relationships are subjected to an ideological litmus test: “The personal is political.” As a formula for misery, feminism works perfectly in such cases, because no man with any sense of self-respect would permit his love for a woman to be judged by that absurd standard. Consequently, feminists generally find themselves involved with men who lack any sense of self-respect. Why, after all, do you think feminists show such utter contempt for men? It is because their hateful attitudes make them obnoxious to any decent and honorable man; thus, feminists become accustomed to dealing only with indecent and dishonorable men, failing to realize how their own hatefulness serves as an instrument of self-exclusion.
One does not meet many teetotallers in a bar, nor do we expect to find pacifists in an infantry platoon, so why would anyone expect to find honest men in the vicinity of, say, Planned Parenthood or the Democrat Party?
Therefore, while I can understand perfectly well why lesbians like Charlotte Bunch, Marilyn Frye, Dee Graham, Celia Kitzinger, Sheila Jeffreys and Julie Bindel would require feminism as a political philosophy that rationalizes their own idiosyncratic situations, when that anti-male ideology is taken up by heterosexual women, it becomes as destructive as a thermonuclear blast. The unwillingness of men to expose themselves to the accusation of “sexism,” however, has prevented them from confronting directly the true nature of feminist theory.

If you will read between the lines of some of her columns, we may deduce that she was recently in a relationship with an emotionally needy male, a helpless basket case of a whiny Beta. You have to understand the selection effects involved here: Does anyone expect to find vigorous, masculine, independent-minded men in the graduate school of social work at Columbia University? It is absurd to imagine this, but if by chance a confident, virile, heterosexual male did show up there, you may be sure that he could take his pick among the single women enrolled in this program. The nature of the system leaves women like Miriam Mogilevsky with choosing from among the culls and rejects of the evolutionary pool.
I agree there’s no point in conflating lesbians with radical lesbian feminists. It’s like confusing whites with the KKK.
As for heterosexual women (or men, or whites) declaring for Third Wave Gay Feminism, my general sense is they are a lot of well-meaning do-gooders adopting political racialized gay feminism the same way white folks or men adopted anti-Jim Crow stances or women’s suffrage as their own. The difference is that in this modern case they have been chumped by expert chumpers. These do-gooders don’t know the origins of the theory of “compulsory heterosexuality,” just some hazy idea “genderblindess” is social justice. They don’t understand “rape culture” is a demonization theory brought on by an irrational hatred of men but instead treat it as an actual criminal justice problem, etc. I’ve never felt the majority of what we sometimes call “SJWs” know the origins and theories of this cult, just the solutions part, which they confuse with being a natural extension of equal rights feminism and the Civil Rights movement, a thing radical feminism and its “intersectional” add-on are not.

She doesn’t care about solidarity, even while claiming that she does. Nope this is all about her. Nothing matters but her. Relationships don’t matter if it doesn’t help her. The sexual movement doesn’t matter if it doesn’t make her feel better. She is the ultimate definition there of what a narassictic person is. It’s all about her and her and her. Not about the healthy emotional sharing and working with others to be a better person. If she truly had a degree in psychology this concept is core to modern psych that one needs to care about self but also for stable relationships have room for others and at times those priorities must swap from self to others and at times you need to prostate yourself and your needs to the greater good of the movement and society.
