It appears that Jeff has hung up his blogging jock for the duration, so I’m taking suggestions for a blog to replace Protein Wisdom in the list. Granted, nobody can really replace Jeff, but one grows weary of seeing the empty space on Feedly where his stuff used to be.

How about substituting theothermccain.com for Protein Wisdom? I heard that guy’s pretty good. Though the commenters are a bunch of weird old people.

Regarding the Cruz “appropriate response” on Twitchy, I was hopeful that either vomit, or poo-throwing monkeys were going to be involved, but no.

I think 18th-century citizens could’ve come up with an even more appropriate response.

Ah, that Comey is a pip, ain’t he, Crust? Huma stated in testimony that the server was set up and run even after it was hacked for one reason:Hillary’s privacy. Hillary wasn’t entitled to privacy. She signed onto that premise from the start at State and every instance in pursuit of her privacy was a CRIME. Why privacy? To cover up bad decisions, but mostly to keep secret her corruptions and conflicts of interest as SECSTATE in support of donations to the Clinton Foundation, which became so rich, they needed a new arrangement, the Global Initiative.

Now, if the world wants to grant these folks credit for ignorance and ignore the main corruption, fine. But she’s tainted, damaged, criminal, un-indicted criminal goods. No special prosecutor, no Grand Jury, all these crimes go under the carpet and life goes on. Good for Democrats, but this never would have stood for Cheney, for Bush, Rumsfeld. The Clintons enriched themselves, plainly and simply and the server proves it. Without Hillary under oath, without a thorough investigation and Grand Jury, this is unfinished business. Next will be a Presidential Pardon for anything that MAY have been committed and the deal as they say, will be sealed.

I’d selfishly suggest Animal Magnetism, realizing as I do so that those are some pretty big shoes to fill.

How about The Last Refuge? They’ve had a very distinct perspective since the beginning of the election season. They figured out the GOPe’s splitting tortoise strategy, and called Trump’s rise when he took the pole position intended for ¡Jeb!

I think that their original analysis and penchant for heterodoxy would make them a good fit, going in to the national conventions and general election.
