    Orwell’s guide to the political left:

    peace movement: in charge of disturbing peace, starting riots (Ministry of Peace)
    anti-racist; in charge of multiplying racism, creating new racists (Ministry of Love)
    journalist; telling “stories/narratives” (i.e. not the truth), learned in Hollywood! (Ministry of Truth)
    social justice warrior; generally the hatchet men (see NYPD police assassinations), and the arsonists (see Ferguson)
    community organizer; just read ‘Mien Kampf’ and ‘Rules For Radicals’ side by side, you’ll get the idea

    Reading Hitler and Alinsky side by side would be redundant; the only difference between the two, as Solzhenitsyn once remarked about Nazis and Communists, is whether their ties are black or red.

    They’re all complaining that the police surrounded them with Tasers drawn. If I were there you’d have to climb over a mountain of spent shells to interview me.
