My daughter Kennedy is graduating today from Frostburg (Md.) State University with highest honors. Regular readers will remember that Kennedy got married last summer, and that she was featured in a news story about her career as an aspiring teacher.

The commencement ceremony today — and my son Jim’s high-school graduation yesterday — explains why I’m not in Atlanta for the big Herman Cain presidential campaign rally. You should hit my tip jar.
