Small Arms May Stop Spread Of Tuberculosis At #OccupyObamaVilles

Ladd Ehlinger seems surprised that anarchy, poor sanitation, and the onset of winter can lead to outbreaks of diseases like tuberculosis.
I disagree with those who said the Occupy movement was doomed at the first sign of winter. This is because I have never seen it as a grass-roots movement, but one cooked up by Obama’s OFA organization, in collusion with Anonymous and Lulzec members, and funded by all the usual suspects, including Soros. The reasons for the cooking had little to do with today’s politics, but the 2012 election, and scaring the bejesus out of soccer moms inclined to vote Republican.
Now an unlikely enemy has arrived to lay waste to these plans, the super-tuberculosis bug. Lie down with dogs, get fleas; lie down with Occupiers, and get both fleas and a disease that can’t be cured and may well kill you.
Via Althouse, there is also Zuccotti Lung, as this blog raises awareness of recent advances in our respiratory tract sickness choices.
These public health concerns may be mitigated somewhat by what seems to be a rash of shootings at ObamaVilles around the country. I was just wondering out loud on Twitter if the gun violence might not be a backup plan for the collapse of Fast & Furious. The American people must somehow be made to accept that the 2nd Amendment is as moot as the 10th Amendment if we are to reach the next stage of Holy Progress. Is it possible that the shooting victim in Oakland was a poet named Horst Wessel?
Is this all part of some grand scheme masterminded by #OccupyResoluteDesk? If so, then liberty-loving Americans must ponder, harden their resolve, and let their peaceful, patriotic actions answer the mail on this sad, creepy #Occupy movement.

Sort of like La Boheme, but with less art and tragedy and more pandering and patheticness. Rent was derivative, but at least is was mildly entertaining.

It’s true, it’s true…..those who fail to learn history will repeat it.
Before modern medicine, what was the biggest threat to armies in the field? Disease. Granted, we aren’t seeing dysentery, typhoid, or other epidemics. But packing people into close quarters always results in some sort of bug, even with good hygiene and decent facilities. I still remember my bout of the “Kuwait Krud”, during my tour back in 2005.
But I must admit, I didn’t see this coming, even with this crowd of modern hippies and their deliberate ignorance.

And I expect that the proliferation of STDs within these groups is something that should> be of interest to public health officials. If they aren’t on a short leash held by the politicians.

This, more than anything else, will destroy the OWS movement. Nobody wants regular tuberculosis, much less the “super” kind.

TB = COMMUNICABLE, POTENTIALLY FATAL DISEASE. Obama was so keen on flu shots; why is Occupy Atlanta still open? It is one thing when they were just giving themselves STDs; it is quite another when a readily transmittable and lethal infection of innocent citizens can occur.
The Occupy Movement in now a danger to public health; it needs to be shut down now.

OWS and its sister groups are teaching Americans an extremely valuable lesson in civics. Why our form of government works; and why order, knowledge, and accountability are the best attributes of the governed and the governing:
1. Society, as practiced by anarchists, dissolves into a feral state Americans have never experienced. Order and growth are created by prior planning, due diligence, and discipline. While Anarchists live within our society, they don’t learn these lessons because such is antithetical to their reason for being. Yet, given the disease, rapes, other crimes, weather, and other factors, these Anarchists may not again have a healthy life.
2. A self-proclaimed few, spouting platitudes of love, loyalty, and the desire to do the right thing absconded with a half million dollars of Other People’s Money. Barney Frank contacted them looking for new roomies.
[Just kidding on the last sentence. Frank hasn’t blown through his TARP cash he got for pimping out his Fannie Mae.]
3. OWS is an effective distraction. The Senate recently protected the EPA in its efforts to shut down the Midwest (the last productive area in America). The so-callled clean version of the Balanced Budget Amendment codifies today’s business as usual. AG Holder scrapped the Blame Bush meme for covering up F&F, not that Senators Feinstein and Schumer are going to stop smearing W.
4. There are too many college-educated protestors who have only partial knowledge of America’s history, of the Constitution, and the struggles of the Founders. And they are all missing the exact same parts! How does one have a conversation on what ails America when the Progressive side is functionally unaware of how government works?
5. Local government has gone rogue. Whether its Quan in Oakland, or Bloomberg in NYC, local government does nothing to stop these protestors who are their ideological soul mates. Ordinary citizens, who obey the law and pay their taxes in return for an expectation of peace and order get neither peace nor order. They will get to pay a lot more in taxes to cover the costs. Results: more TEA Partiers voting in November, 2012, unless they love the abuse.

That;s short arms, not small arms.

Well put.

I recommend flamethrowers.
I don’t understand why any one would be surprised many have commented that some sort of plague was inevitable.

“Ms. McCarthy…noted the health obstacles might be a point of pride for some demonstrators who view sickness as the product of their sacrifice.”
I’m reminded of the character Jonathan Matthias in “The Omega Man”

I’ve been following them at #OCCUPYCOUGHCOUGH.
And it’s time for a 99% consumption tax–conspicuous consumption has to be stopped.

In the linked NYT piece it was reported that in the New Orleans encampment a 53 year old man was discovered dead in a tent apparently the Donner Partiers were waiting for him to complete the transition and move to the Zombie section of the encampment.

Democrats are trying to paint this mess like the bad things that’s been happening is the result of a few radicals that’s moved in and “hijacked” the movement. Bullshit, it was radical from its inception. God damn scumbag hipsters.

These occupy idiots are going to get free room and board in quarantine.
Stupid is it’s own death sentence.
