POTUS and TOTUS in Falls Church

“Let me be perfectly clear: when I was your age, my mommy used to put me on my little circular mat like this and have me talk like the President.
Some say I have come full circle. Others say that I couldn’t do it without the shiny hardware.  But I say that the ultimate truth is: Socialism means never growing up.”

Heh. That’s actually Arne Duncan, the Secretary of Education. He looks real bored though doesn’t he.

Turns out that this speech was actually to the media – and the kids were in another room without the prompters. Not that it matters, any guy who can’t go in public without his security blanket of prompters and The Presidential Po-dee-yum is definitely a couple of words short of a sentence.

Anyone notice that Obama tends to wear a tie when he is using TOTUS, and doesn’t have one on when TOTUS is not used?
