John Wesley is turning over in his grave. That, or weeping in shame in heaven, despite the eventual absence of tears there.

I’ve yet to figure out what it is with Europe. Their affinity for psychotic political theories and xenophobia seem to know no logical bounds.

That must be why Obama wants us to be more like them, I suppose. They’re a whole lot easier to distract with some “bait-and-switch” policies than the average American seems to be.

Not that we’re not getting there, but at least there is something resembling resistance to the worst of in in these parts.

I left the Methodist church long ago. I’m almost ashamed to admit that I was one once.

Reminds me of the comment of the Rev. Maclean (Presbyterian) in A River Runs Through It of Methodists being Baptists who know how to read. But that would be unfair to Baptists.

As a Baptist myself, I would never be so insensitive as to question the literacy of any Methodist.

Things such as the current post, however, do make me seriously wonder about their reading comprehension level.

All the while Britain caves in to Islam.

If this EVER happens in America, my family will be leaving the United Methodist Church….
