    If you send him to college be very careful… you have about 14 years to prepare him to stand up to the stupidity he will face, and better yet, locate a school worth a wet fart.

    I went to UC San Diego forty years ago, and the rot was starting to set in then. It had not advanced to the point it is today, which would have been fatal to my degree prospects. Otherwise I would have kissed that extraordinarily valuable BA in history goodbye.

    In the meanwhile, start thinking about what kinds of firearms you’ll start him on. That’s as close as four years away. Can’t go wrong with a Ruger 10/22. In the interim look at air guns.

    C’mon! Tensor calculus is a lot easier to rationalize than leftist idiocy. Why, even though it’s been 40 years since I last had to do it, I still remember how to collapse covariant and contravariant indices, though I’m a bit weak on why…

    I expect that by 2029 a great many things we’re accustomed to seeing will look very different from the present day. WYB will be able to earn a bachelor’s degree while working in a lucrative and productive industry, without ever having to set foot on a progjihadist training campus.

    I expect that you are correct, however. For one thing, online education is going to explode as traditional colleges and universities sink.

    My wife is about to receive a master’s degree from an institution she’s only visited once, for a period of four days. Online education rawks.

    I can understand why he would not understand Tensor Calculus. At sometime in the future he may understand it. No one, however, will ever understand leftist idiocy.
