Note To The Trumpenproletariat

There is a reason why the Ace of Spades is such a crucial blogger:

My problem with Trump is that he is a dealmaker trying to make a sale. Right now he’s trying to make a deal with conservatives — so this is the very most conservative we’ll ever see him.

If he gets the nomination, he now starts working on making the second part of the deal with the other party in the negotiations, the general public.

So this is the most conservative we’ll ever see Trump — this is the absolute most conservative he’ll ever be — and he’s not conservative at all, except, possibly, on immigration. He combines liberal policy impulses with frankly authoritarian or even fascist ones, which he thinks are “what conservatives want,” because, frankly, he conceives of us as ugly-minded, stupid dummies who get off on this shit.

My personal problem with DJT isn’t just that, were he somehow elected, you wouldn’t know which mercenary refugee from the country club was going to show up (except that his own wallet would be lined nicely by the outcome); rather, my problem is that, given the nomination, Her Majesty and the Codpiece Media would release Cthulhu on him.

We’d find out that Sharpton-esque tax irregularities would be the least of Trump’s sins. You think that Trump’s decades in business aren’t a mother lode of oppo research? Those Clinton Foundation donations (as a result of which, one supposes, she’d give Trump the Marc Rich treatment eventually) would be the least of the things we’d be hearing about.

But that’s after Gloria Allred and a phalanx of bimbos in stiletto pumps are done walking over him.

There are so many dogs waiting to bark at Trump, I can only assume his poll numbers (about which Trump cannot shut up) are driven by genuine nihilism on the part of people who should be thinking more clearly.

We can be thankful to Trump for driving JEB off the stage. And more thankful when Trump follows.

I think perhaps you’re giving short shrift to a lot of the Trump voters. We’re pissed off. We’re tired of getting pissed on and being told it’s raining.

Cruz can’t handle his campaign staff…that bodes ill for how he would handle his cabinet. Plus he voted for TPP. He’s not ready.

Rubio doesn’t want his senate seat…he wants to be President. Well guess what Rubio, you’re not going to be President or even a Senator after this term. And it’s not just because of Amnesty. I think he’s on drugs…really!

Carson is a nice guy, but he just doesn’t have it.

Kasich is left of center and likes some of Obamacare so he’s out.

Trump doesn’t need the job. But he sees the country he loves going down the toilet and wants to fix it. I believe he will be closer to Reagan than a lot of people think.

On the Rubio on drugs…I’m not the only person who has noticed. If you watch some of the debates and town halls, you’ll notice the dry, smacking of the lips, rapid speech patterns and heavy sweating. These are all signs of drug use. Usually Cocaine or some kind of Speed.

Melissa Harris-Perry has been canceled by MSNBC.

Let the pendulum swing. Let it swing very far. And put more in the pit.

If DJT and Shrillary are the nominees, it is going to a very nasty September and October. Hillary has some very serious skeletons buried in her closet at the moment, and I don’t think even a biased LSM is going to be able to ignore or hide them.

IMAO opinion the Social Democratic Audio Visual Department is currently holding most of it’s fire against Trump. This will obviously end the moment he gets the nomination. He may be able to give as good as he gets (I assume he’s spent as much as it takes on oppo research) but how does he deliver when the media simply ignores him?

“But he sees the country he loves going down the toilet and wants to fix it.

But the problem is, being an arrogant, lying (the lies about being Christian are just the beginning), progressive weasel means that he’ll be inclined to “fix” things in the same manner as Hillary (who has similar attributes) will want to “fix” things. If Trump had any political experience, he’d have made WAY more offensive votes than Cruz. And we know that Trump has said that Obamacare is a swell idea – wut?

Even though Cruz has made mistakes in the past, that’s who I’d get behind.

  10. DeadMessenger
    February 27th, 2016 @ 6:55 pm

Yeah, I agree with that. Trump is the one who’ll need to worry about skeletons, and I don’t think he’ll even put up a fight. Given the supportive things he’s said about Hillary in the past, I think he’s only in this game to be sure that Hillary gets elected. And if by some miracle he gets elected, he’ll be just as bad as she would, because he’ll have a staff of communist “czars”, just like Barry.

Just watch…his choice of running mate will either be a blatant leftie, or so vile to Dems that he’ll lose his current support from more moderate Dems and Unaffiliateds, thereby putting Hillary in the WH.

OR, if he doesn’t by some miracle get the nomination, he’ll run as third party, thereby putting Hillary in the WH.

Cool plan, huh? And unstoppable. All hail Empress Hillary, who will preside over the rapid demise of the greatest nation in history. I would not want to be a white man in this country beginning in 2017. The goal will be to make as many white family men jobless as possible. Or destitute due to lawsuits or false criminal proceedings. Among other atrocities too numerous to mention.

You have guys like Mark Steyn who, while not necessarily Trump fans, recognize he is a hedgehog on one rather important issue.

You have guys like Rush who are, hey he is not conservative, but if we can beat Hillary that is what matters…

And then you have Erick Erickson and the moderators at RedState banning any Trump supporters and openly saying they will vote for Hillary instead of Trump.

May we live in interesting times…

  12. DeadMessenger
    February 27th, 2016 @ 6:59 pm

I don’t think he’s spent a dime on oppo research, because that was never the plan all along. And the money he spent on campaigning will be restored to him many times over because of insider info or favorable legislation, a reward for putting Hillary in the WH.

    I hope I’m wrong, but I don’t think I am.

Rubio is not on drugs. The other day they were saying Rubio is gay.

Rubio is probably not going to catch Trump anyway, so there is no need to go there…anymore than RedState guys going full Godwin on Trump. Trump is not Hitler or even Mussolini…Trump is Berlusconi!

I’m an optimist so I’m going on the hunch that Trump will be at least center-right as President. I guess it would depend on who his pick for VP is.

In other news, if Rubio doesn’t win Florida, TPTB have Mitt Romney waiting in the wings to take over. It’s from WND so don’t know how accurate that news is.

  19. Quartermaster
    February 27th, 2016 @ 7:23 pm

I disagreed with Adjoran that Erickson was an idiot. I must admit I was wrong.

Red State has gone the way of Hot Air. Salem seems to degrade everything they get from conservatives.

  20. DeadMessenger
    February 27th, 2016 @ 7:33 pm

Funny how TPTB would have Mitt on deck, considering how he’s beholden to his religion’s “apostles”. Seems like a desperation move on the part of TPTB.

Again, I hope that’s correct, and actually, that scenario could be fun to watch play out. But I think the elite plan all along was to have Hillary be the last President, because she’s the sort of hag who would shamelessly do it, without a shred of guilty feelings at all. She ruins everything she touches. She’s like anti-Midas.

What evidence is there that Trump will do much of any of the things that the current group in DC haven’t done regarding most every government overreach? He has liked federal largess for a long time. His primary angle seems to be that he can just make the system more fiscally sound. I expect the scope of government might even increase after 4 or 8 years. He negotiates but from a position of power. And it is easier the more power you centralize in DC. Not exactly like Reagan.

  31. Mike G.

He’s getting endorsements from a veritable who’s who of political elites. By itself, that may not be a plus, but there is now a rumor floating about that Trump will pick Newt Gingrich as his Chief of Staff. Gingrich would have input in Trump’s VP pick as well as being a valuable adviser and intermediary between Trump and the Congress.

Frankly, Gingrich should have been the GOP nominee in 2012, but the visible skeletons in his closet, although not much by Democrat standards, was enough to sink his campaign. As you well know, Republicans are held to a much higher standard when it comes to the minor peccadilloes of their private lives.

  32. calmly_observing
    February 27th, 2016 @ 10:47 pm

Maybe that is all true. And like I’ve posted elsewhere in this article, I would accept Trump over Hillary. But it takes a very active and willing imagination to visualize this “New” party based on what Trump has said overall, much less since he announced.

I don’t want him to “shut her down” by citing something BILL did. I want him to shut her down by citing all the egregious sh1t that SHE did. And continues to do. If his team can’t come up with a new BS sound bite per day from her, Trump needs to fire them and hire me.

And the same can be said for RUBIO!. We know that RUBIO! has no problem saying one thing in the campaign (no amnesty) and then doing the EXACT opposite once elected (Gang of Eight). We know RUBIO! has no problem saying one thing to English speaking audiences and the EXACT opposite to Spanish speaking audiences. So who should we pick, the guy who may be lying or the guy we know has has lied again and again to get elected?
