DALLAS SHOOTER MICAH JOHNSON: Did #BlackLivesMatter Inspire Terrorist?

Posted on | July 8, 2016 | 60 Comments

Hatred of police and white people inspired mass murderer Micah Johnson’s terrorist attack in Dallas that killed five police officers and wounded seven others. Dallas Police Chief David Brown said at a press conference Friday morning that, during a standoff with police, Johnson specifically mentioned the anti-police group “Black Lives Matter”:

A gunman “upset about Black Lives Matter” and “recent police shootings” who opened fire Thursday night in Dallas, killing five police officers and wounding seven others, has been identified as Micah X. Johnson, the Los Angeles Times and CBS News report.
Two civilians were also wounded in the shootings. Johnson, 25, was killed when a police robot detonated a bomb near him following a standoff that lasted several hours, Police Chief David Brown said Friday at a press conference.
“The suspect said he was upset with white people and wanted to kill white people, especially white officers,” Brown said.

Critics have accused the Black Lives Matter movement of being a hate group that exploits and incites racial animosity. Fanatical supporters of Black Lives Matter flooded Twitter with anti-police messages after Thursday’s shooting, calling for even more violence against police.

“This is the war that Black Lives Matter asked for,” David Horowitz said Thursday night after the deadly attack in Dallas, later asking: “Do you think we have a domestic terrorist threat from the left?”

The anti-police ideology of “Black Lives Matter has historical roots in the radical Left, investigative journalist Matthew Vadum reports:

The ambush-style mass shooting of cops in Dallas, Texas, last night makes it clear that it is time for the dangerous, anti-American insurgency called Black Lives Matter to be designated a terrorist organization for fomenting a war against the nation’s law enforcement officers.
The officers were killed during a demonstration in downtown Dallas against police brutality that leftists say is directed at black Americans as a matter of government policy. . . .
Of course, murdering police officers has long been encouraged by activists with the Black Lives Matter cult, with the support of the activist Left. A year ago Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, who openly advocates the mass murder of whites, called for “10,000 fearless men” to “rise up and kill those who kill us.” Like many radicals, Farrakhan mischaracterizes Black Lives Matter as a rising civil rights movement.
President Barack Obama, who a decade ago promoted inter-racial warfare in Kenya, has long tried to provoke civil unrest here in the U.S. with his hateful anti-cop rhetoric and his relentless demonization of opponents. His goal is fundamental transformation of the United States. A Red diaper baby who identifies violence-espousing communist Frantz Fanon as an intellectual influence, he has also steadfastly refused to condemn the explicitly racist, violent Black Lives Matter movement. In fact Obama has lavished attention on the movement’s leaders and invited them to the White House over and over again.
Members of the Democratic National Committee expressly endorsed Black Lives Matter, throwing their lot in with black racists and radical Black Power militants. The DNC officially embraced a statement that slams the U.S. for allegedly systemic police violence against black people. A resolution passed by hundreds of delegates at the DNC meeting in Minneapolis last year accuses the nation’s police of “extrajudicial killings of unarmed African American men, women and children.”
The Left persists in these lies because, well, that’s what these people do.
According to one analysis, of all the people shot and killed in the U.S. by police so far in 2016, only 24 percent, or 122, were black. Black people are only about 13 percent of the population but they commit around half of all violent crimes. So far this year 47 percent of people shot and killed by police, or 235 individuals, were white.
Only 3 percent, or 13 people shot and killed by police year to date were black and unarmed. The percentage for whites is exactly the same. In other words, police are shooting and killing unarmed blacks and whites at the same rate, Paul Joseph Watson observes.
“There’s no racial disparity,” he says. “Do we have a problem with police brutality in America? Yes, undoubtedly. Is it almost exclusively targeted towards black people as Black Lives Matter claims? No, but the polarizing way in which Black Lives Matter made it all about race has divided the nation and made half of the country completely disinterested.” . . .

Do you get the feeling this might be the next gun grabbing attempt by the gun control lobby? What a coincidence, this occurring in gun friendly Texas?

You do not have to be #BlackLivesMatter inspired, to get angry over some of these shooting. Getting stopped for a broken tail light should not get you shot. But multiple snipers targeting police?

It’s going to be very ugly over the next couple of years because we currently have a DoJ, and president that refuse to address the violent tendencies of these so called black civil rights groups. I had secretly hoped this turned out to be jihadis because that would prevent the Ferguson Effect from exploding, but alas it turns out to be the worst possible scenario. And so I expect a major spike in violent crime as police officers, in general, decide that they must protect themselves above all else since the current political climate dictates they will get no support for doing their jobs in dangerous areas.

A great deal of the mess in Ferguson, Mo. was sorosphere rent-a-crowd. The blacks who live in Ferguson and own property there were getting raked over the financial coals by the arson and undocumented shopping.

Metropolitan Chicago sprawls over 6 counties and can be divided into 3 zones.

Zone A, which has four swatches: a contiguous bloc of neighborhoods on the south side of the City of Chicago which has a population of 600,000; a contiguous bloc of neighborhoods on the west side with a population of 350,000; Gary and East Chicago, Indiana; and an odd suburb in Cook County named Harvey, Ill.

Zone B: consists of the remainder of the City of Chicago and a half-dozen inner ring suburbs, including Hammond, Indiana.

Zone C: consists of the rest of Cook County and Lake County, Indiana and the five collar counties in Illinois.

Zone C has a homicide rate of 2.3 per 100,000. Zone B has a homicide rate of 5.6 per 100,000. Zone A has a homicide rate of 47 per 100,000. There’s no missing decimal point there, and, btw, the City of Detroit has the same rate.

Areas analogous to Zone A in the five boroughs of New York have a homicide rate of 13 per 100,000, btw.

What really differentiates the lives of most blacks from the remainder of the population is a deficit of security manifest in crime rates and school disorder. Establishing more security is the one thing the larger society can do for blacks that really matters and is within the ambo of functions proper to the government. The bulk of the Democratic Party is quite hostile to the notion that order-maintenance is what’s missing and it despises those whose job is to maintain order. Libertarians are not any better.

A selection of sociologists have been in a slow burn for two decades over the restoration of order in New York City (the worst police precinct in NYC has a homicide rate lower than city-wide averages in Rochester and Buffalo). As have members of the har-de-har public interest bar and their collaborators in the judiciary. As has the black grievance industry typified by Al Sharpton and Ben Crump. Eric Holder manifests the intersection of the BGI and the elite bar. These people manage to maintain steep conceits while advocating things which make the world worse for just about everyone but hoodlums. There must be a word for that.

I blame the lie of equality.

For their entire lives, black men below retirement age have been lied to and told that they are the equals of white men in every respect — including intelligence and temperament — when they are really only our equals in moral value in the sight of God. They have been lied to and told that disparate results are necessarily evidence of discrimination, when they are in reality the expected consequence of the glorious variety of God’s creation.

At the same time, white men below retirement age have spent our entire lives treating blacks equally. We have never refused service to a black man just for being black. We have never denied one a job just for his skin color — although they of course never believe that, always blaming racism instead of, say, skill deficiency and bad attitude.

And furthermore, white men below retirement age have spent our entire lives under an official regime of explicit, institutionalized anti-white discrimination in employment — especially in the public sector, which is the last place with job security and good retirement.

So while the black man is filled with an evil hatred based on lies, the white man is filled with a righteous anger based on plain facts. Living far enough away from the big city that town populations are four digits and every bar is a country bar, I like to think that I have my finger on the pulse of the white working class — and they’re pissed.

Even in the Pac NW, the demonization of the Stars & Bars was seen as an explicitly racist attack on white American cultural heritage, committed just for fun, to humiliate and demoralize us by shoving our powerlessness in our faces in our own country.

So here’s the deal: I don’t know any white that wants a race war. Don’t start anything, won’t be anything. And law enforcement is not exactly belovèd (that was sarcastic understatement). But if these anti-white bigots bring war to the white working class, they will get what they’re asking for — good and hard.

ETA: Oops. That works out to a retirement age of 50. Don’t math while emotional, folks!

Actually, no. To begin with, who is “they”?

The vast majority of people in this country want no part of racial animosity and violence. Unfortunately, the Democrats and the media (but I repeat myself) are intent on fomenting racial animosity in order to (a) elect Democrats, and (b) expand the federal intrusion into state and local government.

Our problem as a nation is caused in large measure by the decadence of liberal intellectual elite, whose anti-American sentiments are manifest in education, media and government. By fostering divisions and hostility where otherwise peace and harmony might prevail, the decadent elite promote their own authority and influence.

We must ignore every voice that echoes the satanic philosophy of the decadent elite, and expose the evil nature of their works. “And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.” (Ephesians 5:11 KJV)

There is no need for violence and no need for racial resentment. What we need is an attitude of gratitude — being thankful for God’s blessing of liberty, and for the blessing of life.

The Culture of Death that has been stalking this nation for more than 40 years has fractured families, and produced poverty and misery in generation after generation of fatherlessness.

Many of today’s 25-year-olds (born in 1991) are the second- or third-generation products of this societal breakdown. Their parents either never married or divorced, and often their grandparents also were divorced or never married. In such cases, young people may grow up in communities where marriage and responsible fatherhood are so rare that children cannot even imagine what “traditional family values” looks like in real life. As a result, lawlessness and hopelessness flourish.

  32. Daniel Freeman
    July 8th, 2016 @ 8:45 pm

There is no need for violence

    True. For now.

and no need for racial resentment.

Provably false. Because my skin is white, I’m officially and explicitly a lower-caste citizen in the country of my ancestors, so that discrimination against me is legal.

I have done nothing to deserve this. I wasn’t even born until the ’70s.

I’m furious at the older self-loathing whites who institutionalized auto-racism, and my anger is not only right but righteous.

And isn’t it a little late to ask for calm after five officers have been executed by #blacklivesmatter ?

  34. Darth Chipmunk
    July 8th, 2016 @ 9:05 pm

I can certainly understand your fury. I was born in ’65 and can recall being a young, enthusiastic Criminal Justice major at the University. I managed an informal interview with the assistant director of the California DoJ to discuss a possible career. After a bit of small talk, it came down to this: I am white. Therefore, if I am not top 3-5 percentile in my class, I could forget any career at the state or federal level because blacks, hispanics, asians and american indians were higher on the Afirmative Action totem-pole.

Faced with the reality of b- grades, I made difficult, life-changing decisions that I didn’t want to make. I thought I had a path and a life ahead… and now that was gone. Because of my skin color?!

And today, I’m a de-facto racist because of this new phenomenon of white privilege! So even though I’ve literally been denied because of my skin color, I’m a scion white privilege because of my skin color. As I said, I understand your fury.

Stacy hits on the key: “an attitude of gratitude — being thankful for God’s blessing of liberty, and for the blessing of life.” The sour media has us believing everything is so awful. Yet we live at the pinnacle of human achievement, luxury and personal security.

    America needs an attitude adjustment!

Please, please no war. Go look at the pictures of Europe, Vietnam, Japan. Go look at what the Middle East looks like today because people haven’t been able to get along in just about forever. Go look at much of the 3rd world as to what it means when resentment meets privilege in a violent way.

No. I’m an American. I’m happy to get along with all my good-hearted, decent fellow citizens regardless of color. I work at a place where I interact with white, black, Asian and Hispanic people, men and women, straights and gays, EVERY DAY. It’s a hospital. We do our jobs and we get along. We treat each other well. That’s what I want.

It’s the decadent, power-hungry elites on one side, and the fools and baiters on the other side, that are causing the problem. Satan doesn’t care, he works with them both. We have to ignore them.

There was so much damage, no one could get in or out of our neighborhood, and the power was out for 3 days.

So people put down their devices, left their tv’s, and emerged from their condos. We all hung out and talked to each other, cooking our thawing foods and soups on our grills and sharing it. And at night, you could see the stars so clearly without the city lights.
