Rule 5 Sunday

Rule 5, Superbowl Edition. I’m going to come out of the closet as a slack-jawed, un-American loser and admit that I’m burned out on football. I simply cannot expend time in blocks that large watching overpaid prima donnas in tight pants grasp after each other in public. Call me a Commie, but it takes all of my stamina just to sit through the Army/Navy game. Maybe I’m doing it wrong.

  • Saberpoint gets us underway, celebrating Caressa Cameron, the new Miss America.
  • Smash Mouth Politics recalls Herschel Walker, who looks ripped for 47. Then girls and football.
  • Proof Positive has a lovely with a shotgun, which is explicitely NOT a message to Stacy McCain. Follow-up included the mourning of the thong. Gina Elise provides a nice pick-me-up, and we can all feel something for Amber Lee Ettinger.
  • Broadside Blog had a lovely Ann Margret retro shot, before there was Gina Elise.
  • Instapundit reports on cheerleaders and troops overseas, but mostly cheerleaders. Also, just in time, warns us off Rule -5 underwear styles.
  • Political Byline, whose excitement level is proportional to title length, seems exercised by a lady putting ammo downrange.
  • Jaded Haven recalls the World’s Tallest Model.
  • The Constitution Club has a fun Ayla Brown review.
  • Iowahawk had some South Korean hotties in a football related post.
  • Blackfive had some great retro election cheesecake, albeit too late to affect Matt Burden’s race.
  • GrEaT sAtAn”S gIrLfRiEnD posits Britney Spears in a hoplite bikini (?) for the Quadrennial Defense Review. Switching to Afghanistan and a Red Sonja look, GSGF kept the Rule 5 coming. Am I too shameless a fan? Switching to less medieval fantasies, she features a redhead in a bikini with a brace of pistolas.
  • Yankee Phil submits Lou Bega’s Mambo Nr 5. I’m good for 1:00 on that, irrespective of the artist.
  • Dustbury caught Cindy Crawford in some tasteful footwear, and knew what to do. But was Cindy on the other end of this?
  • Three Beers Later has to liquidate. Some comic books, that is, to support a hard drive replacement. He also suggests Mitzi Gaynor
  • Troglopundit, desperate to recover some libertarian cred after the Absurd Hat Incident, celebrates Ayn Rand’s birthday. Three mis-spelled beers later, he thinks the opines that the best beer blurb’s: “Belching Bikini Bimbo“. We’ll let McEnroe sort all that. Some bloviation about Danica Patrick’s Superbowl ad followed, plus some other Danica reporting, because you can’t have too much overkill, you know.
  • POWIP posts Jenny McCarthy, amidst unflattering Lancet news.
  • Mark in Spokane provides our audio Rule 5 palate cleanser, after the autism news:

And let that be a lesson to you uncultured barbarians!

Competition:

That’s your Rule 5 wrap.  Enjoy the game.  Got geekin’ to do.

Update: Caught Him With A Corndog posts Gerard Butler and Scott Brown as retro potentials.
