  3. Sestak is not the paragon of wisdom. He was 100% behind the HCR and previously sold out the USA to China on many technical advances when he was working for W.J.Clinton. Most of his civilian subordinates leave his employ after a few months because of his administrative incompetence or belligerence (detailed in his USN papers on his demotion from Admiral of the Navy). Thus Sestak would be the LAST person expected to give reliable advice to Pelosi.
