Fred Thompson On Bart Stupak

by Smitty

Fred Thompson has been making few noises of late, alas. But on the Stupak decision to retire, Fred’s take recalls an old Smith family saying:

If you’re looking for sympathy, it’s in the dictionary between scatological and syphilis.

I grew up in the Northwest, where nuance is when your uncles marry.

I have been a Fred man for years; that is before I became a Sarah man. Fred is right on! Stupak is the modern Benedict Arnold; only not nearly as competent! F**k him; and good riddance!

No wonder Fred lost. Scatological, using a farking twelve letter word, when the four letter one works better.

DavidL, that is an old Smitty family saying.

That said, yeah the four letter word works just fine for that joke too (provided your dictionary has it as a word).

So does the word scatology mean the study of Libturds?
