Sarah Palin’s Speech In New Orleans

Sarah’s speech is a point-for-point flogging of the Administration. The folksy delivery will cause lefty heads near you to ‘splode, to keep the volume low. President Sleeveheart has already publicly whined about her by name on the nuclear topic. If you follow that link, BHO claims the JCS ‘is comfortable’ with his nuclear policies. Sure.

On the topic of criticism of the Lefty agenda, your attention is drawn to The Valley of the Shadow. VotS has an interesting historical sketch of the Democratic non-command of international policy, going back to LBJ. Well worth your time.

Update: Tabitha Hale has a roundup of the New Orleans conference, including Rick Perry video.

    Um, sorry dude. What he did was publicly bitch-slap Wasilly.Not that you could ever bring yourself to admitting it. But hey, delusion is the name of your game. And who better to represent those drunken visions of grandeur than the Alaskan dingbat?
    Sigh, she makes it too easy sometimes…

    @Y4E,
    What you totally miss is that the respectable POTUS stands above the fray.

    Oh, I know it’s so out of line for the POTUS to tell it like it is, in this case calling out the idiot who quit her post to cash in on her “fame”. Your insistence on getting all hot and heavy for a pundit pretending to be a contender speaks volumes of where the Right stands at this moment. I’m glad that BHO bitch-slapped the moron for opening her yap in matters she doesn’t understand. Never mind the precedent that her purported inspiration, that would be a certain Mr. R. Reagan, set forth with his nuclear policy–we should focus on the mindless robots who will try to make hay on an issue their side has supported. But consistency has never been your strong suit, has it?
    My, what a black man as President will make you people say and do. it is to laugh at, if it weren’t so embarrassing for you…

    No, actually, the heat and weight emerge from the Left. BHO could well make a substantial, general point in rebuttal without trashing the dignity of the office.
    And look at you desperately seeking to push raaaaacism into a discussion lacking such. See the Herman Cain post for an example of this blog celebrating an excellent American who, by sheer chance of nature, also happens to be black.
    Hint: crying raaaaacism, as with attempts at personalizing policy discussions, only works when the audience is unaware of Alinsky. You wet noodles are simply going to have to fall back to legitimate discussion of history and economics. Or not. No one will challenge your dominance of the buffoon circuit.

    Smitty: Why do you waste so much effort responding to immaturefoolwithglasses? (1) Life’s too short. (2) Such people never look at the argument you’re making; they look at the wording to see if they can play ‘Gotcha!’. At TCOTS I never respond to them and, since I won’t play in their sandbox, they go away.
